LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! Jacob and his whole team were extremely nice and helpful--THey did more than they needed to. I was there for a soccer tournament (from NE)- I had issues with my car and I took it across the street to them. THey could tell I was frustrated and upset--They took their time explaining the issues to me and they were honest with me about my options-which was a huge plus for me- They even helped me take all of the items out of my car and drive me and all of my items to my hotel. If I lived in Overland Park, KS-I would go to them every single time- I have nothing but nice and positivew things to say about them!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! UNSAFE HALF FINISHED BRAKE JOBS. UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: the service manager Sid said this is how they normally do a brake job and although he understands the severity of the screw up, my only option is to drive 800 miles back the wrong way on my move so that they can give me new rotors and pads even though I already fixed it on my own. No refund offered or any other assistance offered. Brought my truck in for a rear brake job because my rear brakes were smoking and i have a heavy truck k and don’t have tools to safely lift it. The shop quieted $580 which is extremely high but they said they could get me in same day which was important as I’m in the middle of a cross country move. They stated that the would not do just brake pads and instead wanted to do brakes, rotors, and everything because “we don’t do patch jobs” well I come back at the end of the day for my truck and the $580 estimate has turned into $931 with no notice. So they lower the price after some debate because I’m not paying almost 100% more than the quoted repair. In the end I leave spending $670 (for just rear brakes). Well about 50 miles down the road my brakes are smoking again. Turns out the brake caliper was seized on the back driver side causing the smoking when I pulled the caliper it was clear that the piston was rusted and the boot on the piston was completely destroyed, so now I’m broke down 50 miles after a $670 brake job and doing the repair myself on the side of the interstate that I have already paid someone else to do. On this truck brake calipers cost about $40 and are in stock at any local parts store. When I showed 3 of my mechanics pictures of the brake calipers they were in disbelief that they had not been replaced. In the end I did all of the work I paid this scam of a business on the side of the road in the same amount of time it took the first time they tried to repair it. Fortunately a nice farmer with a semi was kind enough let me use his shop for an afternoon and to loan me a pair of heavy jacks so I could fix it myself. Now I will say that the only good point of this shop is that everyone is extremely friendly, but that does not excuse cutting corners like this on brake systems, especially when you have been told the vehicle is hauling a RV across the country and headed towards the mountains. Included are pictures of the the brand new rotors (driver side and passenger side to show how badly it was seized) and the caliper that should have been replaced. Again they tried to charge $931 for a brake job and then put this caliper back on it instead of calling about a $40 part.

Took my bmw 335 here a few months ago for oil change. They broke everything and didn’t say a word. My regular mechanic said they broke the oil filter housing gasket, drain plug, oil pan, and oil cooler lines. Some of which are not worth the cost to fix and now I get to top off my oil every 500 miles with an $12 quart. Untrained mechanics do not take your European car here.

I took my BMW in for an oil change as I could do it. Now my car is complete totaled says oil pressure malfunction and drive malfunction. My car had no issues before going to them. I’m so hurt and upset. Can’t even drive it. Update: Took it to a Euro Mechanic and they said My engine is done it would be up to 10k to fix 😡 a simple oil change turned into me losing my car.

Went to this location in July to get a quick oil change before going out of town, asked if they change my gasket on the oil drain plug they stated they didn’t and that it wasn’t required and they didn’t even have them. I didn’t think too much of it but the a couple of days later oil was running out from under my truck I had lost about 5 quarts of oil in the parking lot luckily I noticed and didn’t start my truck. I ended pulling my truck into my shop and changing the oil myself the oil was leaking around the drain plug but also the oil filter because it was maybe only hanging on by a couple of threads. So I called the location to ask for a refund since I just paid them to do and had to redo it myself and they said they would send me a check in the mail in about a month. I waited 2 months and still nothing so I called again and the manager gave me the excuse that he just took over and he would get it taken care of and they’d mail me a check and here we are in December and still nothing check. So moral of the story is if you value your vehicle and money don’t come here.
