Incompetent management. They’ll waste your time Quoted a transmission change $240, called me back after 5 1/2 hours (this was an appt not a walk in) that it would be $600 for a change not even a flush.

I have had great luck with Jarad he treats me well!! And my car!!! My front and back breaks needed to be done and they took great care of me!! Didn’t try to see me something I didn’t need!!! Check engine light came on throwing a camshaft assembly sensory issue. We replaced them both at home but the light was still on so we took it to Meineke. The7 ran thier "diagnosis" ($90+) and came up with same issue. I reluctantly let them replace the two parts I had just replaced. They told me that they were both bad, odd since I had bought them at different locations, but ok. Paid my 300$ bill, and got ready to leave. Get to my car, light is still on, and now it will barely start. They said they needed to run more test, so I left it there. Later that day, they call and told my my Motor was bad! Yes, they told me I needed a whole new engine. I asked that they not touch my car anymore and I would come get it. My husband went up there and they showed him photos of my engine from the scope they did. My husband told them there was no way that was my engine. We took my car across the street to have them look at it. The issue was still with the camshaft assembly sensors, the wiring harness had come undone. They fixed it, the light went off, and the car started right up. While we were still at Meineke, a gentle man came in to to have his oil changed and his tires rotated. He confirmed that the tires were rotated when they were done and the tech told him YUP!!! This gentleman had marked his tire so that he could tell if it was done as he had issues before. When he came back in and asked again if the tires were rotated, he was lied to again! I have sent a complaint to Meineke, no responce, and have disputed the charge on my card. Please do not go here!

I called to get a quote on front brakes because I KNEW I needed them. They told me to bring my car in so they can look and make sure I actually needed them. I drove 25 minutes from home just to be charged $43 to be told what I already knew! Then they wanted to quote me almost $400 to get them done. That $43 is all the money they will ever get from me! I have been to plenty of places that DO NOT CHARGE to look at your car and the places that do charge only charge like $20. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Update: my tire almost fell off while I was driving because they forgot to put the lug nuts/didn't put the lug nuts on tight enough after rotating my tires. I have gone to this location for years and the last few times I have been, I have asked for some services to be done with the most recent service request was to fill my tires with air while they’re doing the tire rotation. Once they called me stating the services have been completed and I come to pick my car up, I notice the tires were still not filled and when I called back to mention this, they assured me they filled up the tires with air even though my air pressure signal was still on and I could hear the tire becoming flatter. This has been a consistent issue of the male staff not listening to my requests I’m paying for, even when they assure the requests will be done.

First time going to a Meineke, might be last. Had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Tires not rotated, gave me someone else's receipt, did not even apply coupon from what I can tell. I did not notice until after I left. Then get in my car windows are rolled down air blasting and the engine is still running, wasting gas. I dropped the car off, so it's not like they were just handing it straight off. Then when I call to get my receipt email, and tell him about my car still running guys argues that "well the tech just pulled it up". Not helpful. I don't want my gas wasted or something stolen out of my car cause the windows are left open.

These guys took my Carvana bucket and turned it into a smooth-running machine! A warning light came on just two days after I got it, but when I brought it back, they jumped on it right away and took care of everything without hesitation. I went in for an oil change. Made an appointment the day before and filled out all the information for the vehicle. The appointment was for 9am and I arrived at 8:45am. I received my keys to leave at 11:30am.

Customer service was good. The price quoted to me I felt was astronomical. On top of that my wheels have wheel locks on them, and I felt that since I didn’t end up having them do the work that they tightened down my wheel locks so tight that it ruined my wheel lug key. Needless to say they don’t make those keys anymore so I had to figure out a way to get the locks off. Now I have to replace the lug locks on all wheels.

Beware this shop! They didn’t even try to repair my car. Just told me I needed a new engine. Another shop diagnosed it as a broken valve cap and it was repaired that day. Meineke doesn’t know what they are doing at all and just want to upsell and/or pocket the diagnostic fees.

If you want honestly & communication from a mechanic shop, don’t come here. I needed my car by the end of day. They removed my tires before having the replacements and kept my car an extra day. An operational brake caliper stopped working mid pad/rotor replacement and I was quoted $466 to replace one brake caliper.

The absolute worst place to get your oil change done. Appointment set for 1130. They were able to get my car in shortly before scheduled since I arrived 20min early and asked to make sure it didn't take 3 hours, like the last time we came to this specific location. An hour in a half later (1110-1235), inspection still not complete, oil change finished and tire rotation was unable to happen. But.. tire rotation listed on the invoice

Avoid this shop. I dropped my vehicle off for a simple diagnostic and was told I’d get a call within the hour since they were already looking at it. 4 hours later, I had to call them myself, only to be told it was “almost done” and just waiting on a final decision and would have a call back within 10-15 minutes. An hour after that, I called again and was told my vehicle was only just then being pulled into the garage. The lack of organization and communication here is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Brought in a car for an oil change at this specific location, which we have done previously. We previously had a dent front right due to an ice storm we slide in, because of that it didn’t allow the passenger door to open no more than 1/4”. This was communicated to their team to not open that door. Apparently a worker decides to open it and force themselves opening which caused a small dent to turn into a bigger dent. They did this while installing air filters we had in passenger seat that we planned to install ourselves. When confronted at front desk the guy admitted that his coworker opened the door. When later sent to their higher ups it took over 4 weeks to hear back to find out they had “no video footage” and offered a 20% discount coupon, a coupon they give out every month -_-. If you want your car damage even more and them lying about it, this is the place for you.

When I bought my car, a Hyundai Tucson, it had some weird knocking noise every time I turned the wheel. We took it to Firestone and they thought it was a wheel bearing but made no efforts to ensure that was the right fix. The moment I pulled out of the Firestone parking lot, the noise happened again. We decided to go to Meineke to see if they could help. I told them the sound was coming from my steering column, and I watched as two of them worked together to figure out the noise, even going so far as to bring out a stethoscope. They helped explain everything to me as the process went along and were very patient and understanding as I got the financing figured out. I so appreciate their help and I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that noise anymore! I also want to add that, as a woman, I felt very comfortable being there alone and in no way felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge about cars. They were very kind and considerate.

They pick up the phone, are super nice, quick with their service, and their prices are the best I could find for tire replacement in this area. There are a lot of shops right around this intersection (75th/metcalf) and this one is the best. Gentleman at the front desk is super nice and cordial. They don't try and rake you over the coals on price or tack on a bunch of different services you don't really need. They let you know what may need attention in future, but leave it at that. True pros here.
