A 5-star review from an anxious person: I heartily mean this 5 star review. I had been to a couple other mechanics and this was easily the best experience. They were very clear about the pricing and expectations when I initially called in. They were very very kind. I'm pretty sure Louis alone is responsible for 75% of the 5-star reviews on here. He was patient, responsible, and took the time I needed to really explain everything I could expect, answer all my questions, and explain what work had been done at the end. He seems to really really like his job. They did great work on my car. My issues were pretty simple, but they took care of them quickly and I'm happy with the results. Overall, they were very communicative and patient over the phone and in person. The inspection report was very thorough and included several pictures. Mitchell was personable and respectful. They seem to really care about each of the customers I saw them interact with. As a woman, it can be difficult to find a mechanic I'm comfortable with. But I will 100% be returning here. Highly recommend.

I got my muffler replaced and my oil changed at this Midas. Louis was beyond reasonable and helpful. I really liked that he explained what needed to be done immediately versus what didn’t need to be done. The prices were reasonable. The lobby is nice to sit at. The whole process was great! Don't ever go here. I stopped in to get my driver's side power window looked at. It was having issues rolling up but still would if you hit the button just right. Midas took the door cover off to take a look and wanted to replace window motor and regulator for $860. I wanted a second opinion so I said no. I go to pick it up, they charged me $60, left the window down, and UNPLUGGED it ensuring it wouldn't roll back up. They took my money and left me worse off than when I walked in the door.

The screws holding my license plate and clear cover were rusted and stripped. Sean said let us take a look at it, and he had Matteo come out, who ran back to get some different tools and they were able to remove the offending screw. They were polite, effective, and fulfilled my request beautifully! I will go back to Midas when my car needs a checkup.

One star for the front desk person being kind. Came here for an oil change in my 2023 jeep. Waited for an hour and forty five mins. Which is fine they pull me vehicle to the front and oil is pouring out of it the tech runs back grabs the keys and tells the th front desk person he has to take it back cause he didnt remove the old gasket therefore preventing the new one from correctly sealing. I wait 30 mins while they clean it up and redo the oil change. They compt the oil change. Fine. I drive to st louis and hear a sound dragging from the underneath I pull over and the covering from the underneath is dragging. I get under there to remove it. And bring it back to get it properly put on . It took 3 times and hopefully not a fourth as I am sitting here waiting for them to fix it. 3 times to do a simple oil change. I will never be back. Unprofessional is the lack of words when simple oil changes are improperly done.

This location has been pretty good to us so far. Front desk guy was nice and chatted with us while we waited for our oil change. Took maybe 45 mins-ish. I had the coupon for oil and tire rotation, which is a nice deal, but had left my phone at home on accident, and he honored it anyway which was very kind. I like them better than valvoline if only because they’re not trying to push other sales to you while you’re there. They just do the thing, tell you what’s good, or if something is funky, and move along. Takes a little longer but the time will pass anyway, worth it to me to have good people working on my car :)
