Stopped in this morning because my drivers side rear tire was low. I had new tires put on the rear, last Thursday. The rear drivers side tire that was on before was low before I replaced so, immediately I thought it has to be the valve stem. I explained everything that was going on to the mechanic (Anthony) who insisted that the valve stem core probably needed tightened.He proceeded to tighten it instead of taking the tire off and checking for leaks.He told me to come back, in a couple of days if it goes back down. I really didn't want to be worried about it so, I drove to A tire shop, in Independence Mo, that I've dealt with for years. I told them the issue and they took the tire off, dunked it in the water tank and found that valve stem was cracked. If Anthony would've taken the time to do this or something similar, it would've saved me from driving 44 miles (round trip) to have this done. I stay 5 minutes from the Phillips 66. Probably won't be going back. I would like to reply back and say that I never told Anthony I running short on time. Why would I take it directly to another shop, if I didn't have time or if he offered to repair it? That's the reason why I came there in the first place. That makes no sense.

They still do full service! I'm in love😍. The attendant checked my tires because I put too much air in one of them-he noticed I'm auto challenged. He was helpful and not creepy. Love this place.

This morning I’ve been there to fill air in my tires, I’m not sure about using the pressure gauge as I seek help from one in the store he immediately called up a person who helped us fill the air, also he explained us how to do that. They are so helpful.

Every time I come to this gas station the people here are so kind! The men come out and offer to pump your gas, free of charge. They also offer other services free of charge as well such as checking particular elements of your vehicle! The best gas station for miles around!

Coming through overland park, thank goodness we took the Metcalf exit and happened upon Rileys. 8:30 in the evening they had a mechanic on site to help us out. Ended up we had a slow leak in a radiator hose, after the car cooled down, they looked it over, fill us up with antifreeze, made sure nothing was broken and got us on our way. We made it home that night with no other issues. They did all of this for FREE. You don't get service like this anymore. Thank you, thank you from a grateful mom and daughter!!

I can not say enough good things about my last few visits. Our technician Chad was able to help bring our 2 vehicles up to speed by clearly advising us on what recommended repairs were necessary, and those we could wait on. We brought a company truck in that needed modifications for an incorrectly installed plow, and Chad was able to fabricate the correct repairs. I have complete confidence my vehicle was inspected for safety, and that ALL fluids were correctly topped off. The pricing is more than fair, the restrooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly! Save yourself from dealer pricing, and support a local business.

I am from out of town, and as I was getting ready to head home from my friend's, I noticed that I had a low tire. I went here to air it up, and right away, someone came out to help me. The man helping me noticed I had a screw in my tire & told me they could fix it. I was out of there in about 15-20 minutes & it was only $28.00. Very friendly staff & great service! Thank you!!

This morning I was on my way to a doctors appointment, I was already running late and it was raining. When I got in my car the tire pressure light was on in my car, I stopped in real quick and asked if someone could fill up my tires (I don’t know how). The guy was super friendly and immediately came out and filled my tires up. I really really appreciated this!!

Honest. Fair. Trustworthy. Reliable. They provide high quality service, give me options when such are available and don't pressure me to select the most costly choice, are extremely reasonable regarding price of services, and stand behind the service they provide. I've used them for over a year on 3 vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs. They provide free air for tires. They have a full service pump, meaning they will even check your oil and fill your gas tank at a select pump. They are simply excellent. Today they checked out my AC and my wife thought the repair quote was high. I checked with another local AC repair shop and got a quote that was significantly higher. I gave the job to Gary and his service team at Riley's.

Had my car repaired here a couple of weeks ago. The mechanic, Anthony, was excellent; he communicated well at every step of the way, and got the work done quickly at a fair price. This shop saved me hundreds of dollars compared to getting the same repair at the other shops I looked at. Not only that, but every time I stop here to get gas or ice, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. BEWARE FEMALE CUSTOMERS So I called for a price quote on full synthetic oil change for my impala. The guy I spoke to told me it was 187 because my car took 8 quarts I've owned this car for 10 years and usually have my uncle to the change the oil when I buy the supplies. I know this car takes 5 quarts. Perhaps because I'm a female they think I'm stupid. Ladies I don't recommend this location because you will probably be overcharged.
