I’ve been snowed in here since Th(I know it wasn’t bad until Sat). I live in Ar and was heading home. When I got to the interstate my car started shaking. Needless to say that was concerning. I randomly called this business and was asking if they could check my car. The man I spoke to was kind enough to tell me that it’s the snow/ice on my tires and that his was doing the same thing. I’m so appreciative of him telling me that and reassuring me without having to bring my car in. If I’m ever back here and need help they will be the first ones I call on!

My car feels and sounds like it has a new engine. It feels brand new. The technicians worked on it for a long time because the check engine light was on and there was something that needed to be replaced. I told them I needed to lend my car to my son the next day who was going to drive it to Colorado. He put 953 miles on the car. I waited to get his feedback when he came back. I was told by my sister that New Concept was giving a free oil change when you take a toy for toy for tots. I thought that was amazing so I book an appt online. I didn’t realize the special ended on the 6th and my appt was on the 9th. I asked by text message if I could still be part of the special since I booked it that way but I was told it ended. I let them know since I was still in need of an oil change I would still come in for my appt. Coming in, the lobby was still filled with toys and we noticed a couple came to pick up their car and gave a toy while we were waiting. So when my car was ready, my sister notified the worker of the toy she left on Wednesday at the New Concept on Bonner Spring. She explained how her car was leaking oil so her oil change wasn’t done and if by any chance that counted for the special because she left the toy there. Both workers asked her who she spoked to when she was over there and she said Vicente and Ebenezer. There was a bit of silence and he said don’t worry about it here’s your keys I’ll take care of the backend stuff. We asked if he was sure and he said yes. So we thanked him and left. In the end I’m glad he changed his mind considering financially this month is tighter than most. I am very pleased with the customer service done in the shop to my vehicle as the drive home was smooth and they also kindly put air in my tires which I appreciate very much. The customer service at front was a little wonky and rude yes I got the special but I feel it could have been handled differently when I texted the shop. Nevertheless I wish nothing but the best for all the auto shops and Vicente. But I will be feeling more comfortable going to any of the other 4 shops from now on though… Thank you New Concept for your work!
