BEST Experience, Fast, Quality, affordable, courteous and job done right. My tire blew out on the freeway and my insurance towed my car to nearest tire shop (Meineke) they told me they could help me BUT UNTIL TOMORROW. In desperate need I called ALL the tire shops in that area an no one wanted to repair the tire since it was around 4-5pm. I mentioned the situation to Carissa, the Store Manager at Tires Plus and she went above and beyond and literally helped me installed the new tire and in less than 35 minutes I was out of there.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Drop my tire off when they opened. They said they had time to do my tire Four hours go by I called them. They say they haven’t even started my one tire there are 10 technicians in the service shop and no one has 15 minutes to put one tire on a rim and hand it back to me so I just wanna say I will never be back to this place ever again in my life. Thank you for wasting my time.

I wanted to switch out the tires on my new Tesla and was a little nervous about bringing it to a tire shop - not many techs in KC have the specific expertise necessary to work on these cars. Julian made my experience way better than I ever expected - he understood the car had specific requirements, got clarity around what I wanted to do, then called me when the car wouldn't stay in neutral for the alignment, working with me to figure out the specific procedure. I delt with Brian at front desk and he was extremely helpful. I wasn't in a great mood and he understood that and did everything he could to help the situation. Stand-up guy who I would recommend to anyone. Side note- the guy even bought me a soda so I didnt have to run back out in the rain to get change.
