Had my brakes replaced, started squealing towards end of every stop after about 4 months which I believe was due to manufacture defect. They inspected and lubricated to remedy the symptom but it didn’t go away. They ultimately honored the warranty by replacing the brakes and no issues since then. I normally don’t wrote reviews but this one deserves it. Flawless process from day one and accommodation was a norm in their practice (I didn’t make it to the appointments twice and they rescheduled in my convenience every time). I am coming back here for any repair or maintenance in the future because my experience was nothing but top-notch and positive. Keep up the good work guys.

I had a tire blowout on Friday evening due to a truck forcing me into the median. Burnett was able to get me in on Saturday morning to look at the damage and order tires. By Monday at noon the tires were installed with an alignment and I was out the door and back on the road. Fantastic service, great technicians, fair pricing, and family owned. After a drive in my 1968 Camaro, I smelled something hot which I found to be the right rear brake drum - it was extremely hot. Burnett Auto was able to get me in the next day and quickly found that the rear brake shoe had delaminated. They were able to find the needed parts and repair it the same day. Burnett Auto has excellent mechanics and always provides outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had nothing but great service and help from this store. From the management to the technician in the garage they continue to take care of all of our vehicles with professional expertise and care. With 5 vehicles we take to them for scheduled and repair maintenance their advice has earned my trust. They are NOT a store that upcharges for the quick sale, but they are a store that provides good advice on vehicle maintenance and how to maintain your vehicle for the long term. If you’re looking for a shop for your vehicle maintenance I recommend, Burnett on 135th and 69 with my highest recommendation.

We just moved to OP and I am so grateful to Burnett automotive. Had some issues with my car and took it to Firestone. They quoted me 1800 bucks before they even addressed the real issue which was a shaky steering wheel. Decided to get a second opinion and I'm so happy I did! I didn't need any of the work done Firestone claimed was necessary. I would have spent over 2k at Firestone on frivolous repairs. Burnett handled my shaky steering wheel, washed my car, and topped off all my fluids. Epitome of above and beyond! I will be a lifelong customer! Thank you!!

Wow... I was so impressed with their service on the day I had a flat tire. Their service was thorough but quick with catching a life-saving part with the stud and nut that was broken, which the dealer I visited 2 days before the flat tire could not find. I knew something was wrong with my tires but the dealer said there were no problems. I ended up choosing to change all 4 tires before the cold cold winter weather. Their service was kind and pricing was the best deal (I found out later...). Most importantly, they were professional and honest. I truly appreciate their business!

A local family member highly recommended this place to me after my car broke down while I was briefly visiting Overland Park. I took my car here based solely on my family member's word, and it was the best choice. I night dropped my vehicle, and these guys texted right at 7am the next morning upon opening, letting me know that my car would be fixed that same day. And it was! Very quick and efficient. These folks were wonderful! I stopped to take advantage of their free tire check and fill. While there asked about cost of getting tires replaced before the snow came in. In short, they gave me a great deal on tires, got me in the next day and had me in and out in 45 mins. Now I get a great deal on o changes, etc. highly ecommend!!
