If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My experience with Caliber Collision has been an absolute total nightmare from start to (still waiting for) finish. I’ve never ever posted a negative review in my life. Caliber Collision should be shut down. Holding car hostage, tripled initial quote, requiring $9k to release vehicle and didn't actually fix the problem. Car looks no different than when I dropped it off a month ago except for they caused additional electrical, mechanical and physical damage on top of it. Calls, emails, showed up in-person 2x unannounced, social media messages and ZERO resolution just more problems and not returning my car. Horrendous lack of communication, flat out lies about work being done and parts being ordered. General manager Austin, front desk rep Shelly and service tech Craig all quit during nearly 4 weeks they kept my vehicle and wouldn't call me back or return vehicle despite up to 5 day estimated repair time. Upon finally releasing vehicle charged $9k but didn't actually fix vehicle. If you value your time, money and sanity, avoid this place at all costs. I regret trusting Caliber Collision with my vehicle, and I sincerely hope no one else has to experience this level of frustration, negligence and corruption.

I love this place. The woman at the front desk,Tracy?, is so friendly and is always smiling. We get daily messages of the progress on our vehicle and we are always satisfied. Highly recommend!! And there is a massage chair in the lobby! SCORE!

Huge thanks to Caliber Collision and especially to Devon Ray, our service advisor. My mother brought in her 2018 blue Fiat convertible after it was sideswiped on the driver’s door. The other driver’s insurance was covering the damage, and we were expecting a long, drawn-out process — but Devon made it incredibly easy. Instead of having to repaint and be without the car for weeks, Devon was able to buff out the damage and polish it right there during the estimate visit. It looked like new! He handled everything, including billing the other driver’s insurance, and had us on our way in no time. Devon turned a stressful situation into a painless experience, and we’ll definitely be using Caliber again if we ever need them in the future. Highly recommend!

Everything with my experience was excellent! It always takes a while to get your car scheduled for service, but they got my vehicle scheduled in a very timely manner on two different occasions in the last six months. Craig was very friendly and professional and provided all the information that I needed. Customer service was very well organized and friendly as well. My car looked perfectly repaired when I received it back. I was very happy with my service, the outcome, And we're not hesitate to refer any of my friends to this business!

Look, car repair blows. It’s expensive and inconvenient, but at every opportunity, the staff here went above and beyond to try make it easier and were incredibly kind the whole time. They also worked with my insurance to fix some unrelated cosmetic damage for cheaper - since insurance would pay for paint on that part of the car anyway, all I had to do was cover the dent fixing. Great people to work with fixing an absolute pain in the bumper.

I really enjoyed the customer service and work I had done recently from Caliber Collison, located at 149th & Metcalf, Overland Park KS. Julia Z - the office administrator, was so pleasant when it came to bringing my car in and picking the car up. She went through the paperwork with me and explained everything I needed to sign and the amount that I owed that was not covered by the insurance company. Very smooth transaction and a joy to work with. It was also great to walk into a collision shop and she a smiling face, you can tell she enjoys working there. Devin was the gentlemen who worked with me when it came to fixing my car. Wow, he did a great job with the repair and paint work. He is definitely knowledgeable and talented with the work he does and an asset to Caliber Collision. He even called to give me updates on the progress with my car and had it finished at the time he stated. Thank you Caliber Collision, you have always done great work for me.

If I could give no stars I would. They outright LIED about our vehicle. Told both us and insurance multiple times that they were working on the estimate and it was “in process”. We decided to move it to another shop because of the delay and when we picked it up the crash wrap and foam were still all in place! They had not even LOOKED at it- the manager admitted it. Dishonest and deceitful. Absolutely do not recommend doing business with them. Have called corporate and the BBB.
