We were towed here by AAA and they refused to look at our car. We were two 80+ year old ladies two hours away from home. All we needed was a battery but they refused to look at it. We could have been home that evening with our car. They refused to let my son or AAA replace the battery on their lot. We had to tow it off the lot to O'Reilly. Our AAA driver was amazing. My friend has to use a walker. It was a total fiasco. They lied multiple times to us about where the battery was located and that it couldn't be tested.

I set an appointment day 2 days in advance. Got a text confirmation of my appointment day. When I arrived they said I needed to drop it off between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. but they didn't tell me this when I set the appointment and the confirmation they texted me only says the day of the appointment not a time. Now they're telling me I can leave my car but it will take four more days for them to even look at it. They're also telling me they need to order parts. Somehow she says they would have been able to order the parts and work on it over the next few days if I dropped it off during the time frame they never communicated to me, but now because I'm a few hours outside the time frame they didn't communicate to me, they can't work on it over the next few days even though they wouldn't even have the parts until later today whether I dropped off the car in the morning or a few hours later... They have done a great job for me in the past, but if I have to wait a few days to get my car in and don't know if when I bring it in they will be able to work on it in a timely manner, then unfortunately it doesn't make sense to bring my car here.

This mechanic is who you hope you find when you need your car fixed. They are half the price of my previous mechanic and their work has been amazing! They coordinated with me my after hours pickup with so much ease and I felt my vehicle and keys were safe. Tina in the office is an absolute delight! Very knowledgeable and helped me understand how to read reports on my car that are so well organized. I felt empowered on my decision process and was warned ahead of time of things I should be thinking about. So relieved to have a mechanic I can trust.

Had a different shop perform work on my 2018 RAM and paid them a ton of money. Truck wasn’t right and they were not eager to fix and advised me it was safe to drive. Called Paul who was pleasant and willing to look at it. Turned out the prior shop sent me on my way with 18 bolts just finger tightened and very dangerous. Paul and his crew fixed the prior shops mistakes and took photos of all bolts not tightened to provide me with proof. Truck runs like a champ again after having these professionals work on it and perform an alignment. Staff is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and go the extra mile to explain and even document with photos. My truck has found its new home for any work needing to be done and I highly recommend!!

BV Auto clinic was up front about pricing on what i thought the issue was. Upon diagnostic checks it was not the suspected issue. Further diagnostic checks were required. They were upfront and informative on what the next steps were and the cost (cheaper then what was originally quoted). They were able to fix the issue and the final invoice was less than the second quote. They were transparent, honest and I will definitely return or recommend this shop!
