Waaaaaaay understaffed. Management needs to improve their employee’s customer service skills. FULL of rude employees especially their customer service desk. Don’t even think about calling them they never answer or they’ll put you on an indefinite hold.

I waited 2 hours until finally going back to find 4 guys standing around an empty garage. I asked how long it would be and they hadn't even started. My one tire was changed in 15 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minutes to change one tire.. Great survive.

Buying tires here is fine. Just don't have them mount and balance. I have chased my tail with this place since the very moment the tires were put on! Vibration with new tires I didn't have before the old tires. I was told my rims were bent. I have since had the wheels checked and they checked out fine. I have found out by having the tires road forced balanced that the tires were out of round. Liars! They will say anything to get you out of the door. Every time I have the tires rotated they always forget to reset the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system). I have visited all of the Sam's Clubs in the metro. It was always the suspension, the wheels are bent. Nothing they say is accurate. Buy somewhere they know what they are doing. They are squirrels looking for nuts. They know nothing about quality. Just cheap and quantity. To think you have to have a membership to even buy there. I am thinking tires sold here maybe seconds or a less than perfect tire.

Contacted "Pam" in tires to schedule a tire mount and balance on 4 tires for my brother. Was told that was not an issue at all and to bring them up. After driving 20 plus miles we were informed that she would not honor our agreement because we misled her. We made certain to specify we were bringing our own tires to mount and she knew this. Very dissapointed and this could of been avoided if we were informed earlier....

Worst place ever for tires. They won’t respond to your claims. I had tires from them, there was a bubble in a tire, I asked them several times to see, but they didn’t. Now, My tire burst on the road. I won’t recommend their service ever.

Orders other brands of tires other than what they carry, if looking for different brand. Did a great job and have lifetime services for tires for a good price. Did work in a timely manner and very professional. Customer service is their goal. Honest and helpful.

Were you thinking about taking a warranty into account when making a Sam’s automotive battery purchase? Please don’t. I’m sure the employees are only following a protocol but expect them to string you along until your warranty expires. Expect them to waste 3-4 hours of your time recharging your battery. While that’s happening expect them to first tell you to come back in 15 minutes. When you do expect them to tell you to come back in an hour. When you do expect them to tell you to come back in another 45 minutes. When you do expect the employee that was helping you to be on what I’m sure is a MUCH DESERVED break after having to deal with people like me. Expect that employee who is enjoying their lunch in the food court next to the automotive counter to avoid eye contact at all costs. Admittedly, I’d do the same knowing taking care of my family depends on treating customers as Sam’s automotive sees fit. At that point expect a battery back that has a SOH barely above the warranty threshold. Yay! I get to come back in a month and do it again! I give my best wishes to all the employees and customers that have to try to make this system work. Easy fix. Are you considering that purchase right now? You don’t have to be a customer in that equation. At the very least, just go into it knowing that an automotive battery warranty at Sam’s is, in my opinion, all but worthless. Good luck out there in your battery search!

Absolutely ridiculous dropped off all rotten vegetables and the meat looks bad too. Will never use delivery service again. Shame to the manager who hasn’t trained the employees to provide quality to the patrons. 💯 trash

Sam’s Club Tire and Battery has done a good job of taking care of my tire needs. They sell good tires and they install them properly. They fix flats well and quickly. They have always been personable and easy to do business with. They have a lot of business queued up so you need to be patient and make a reservation about a week in advance. The service takes about an hour so you can do your shopping at Sam’s while they work on your vehicle.
