I called 4 different shops to replace a broken windshield on my Highlander. Kryger beat the next lowest price by $150 and they got me in the next day. Elisa at the front desk was so kind as was the other woman working with her. My only issue is that there was mud/dirt from God knows what left on my dash after the installation that wasn’t there previously. That could have been wiped up. I’m still giving 5 stars because every other part of this service was great.

Called and they were able to provide an estimate over the phone and was able to get me in quickly. Great service, the reason it’s a 4 is because the wind/rain guards don’t lay down flat now. Other than that, no complaints and happy with my service.

Rock hit my windshield and within an hour it cracked my entire windshield. I got an online quote from Safelite for $330. Didn’t have the cash at the time to schedule. A few weeks later I was in the area of one of their stores and decided to go in to make an apt. At that time I was told the replacement would be $560! I showed them the estimate I had gotten on line and was told they must have misquoted the right glass for my car. I called around town and got two other quotes in the range of $320-$350. I chose to go with Kryger! Took it in today. They gave me a wait time of up to 1.5hr, 50 min later I was out the door with a beautiful new windshield at a fair price! Will definitely use them for other glass needs! Thank you!

I visited Kryger glass for help and advice on some loose ( molding/flashing ) alongside the front windshield on my new 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport. I had spoken to the service department at my dealer and they said “ oh that’s a window problem, see one of the auto glass companies. “ Kryger could not have been more helpful. They inspected the problem, diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the help they gave me. I will be going back to them for any future auto glass problems. Thank you Kryger!!

Went here to swap a passenger side window. Office employees were extremely friendly, and the quality of work was solid too. Highly recommend this shop.

What's 5 stars anyway!?... God. So you get 4 stars... Which makes you a General, and it doesn't get higher than that. Outstanding service! Windows broke in Monday night, report made an hour later, contacted by Kryger Tuesday morning, repaired Wednesday morning (in less than two hour wait time advised). I waited a week to make recommendation in case the windows didn't perform. Good as new. Highly recommend! (Come see my band, EZ ANSWERS, Americana music, originals ezkc.biz) 🇺🇸

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. Safelite quoted roughly $200 more than here and the friend had several issues from Safelite which is why I chose to come here instead. First thing I did was book an appointment online. The system did get my glass type wrong but a rep reached out the next day to tell me the adjusted price so there was no confusion if I had gone to the shop thinking that would’ve been the price (they are currently working on updating the system so it correctly identifies the glass you need). After I got in they did the repair and upon putting the side molding on, a hook managed to crack the glass. They did point it out and got me scheduled in a few weeks later to allow the glue to cure. I noticed a few scratches on the paint from where the rugs were put down to avoid damaging the paint but there was no way to conclusively point fingers as to who did it or if it was just bad luck elsewhere (I would recommend you take photos before just in case you have a really nice car as mistakes happen even if we try our hardest to avoid them). Came back in today and the team got me fixed up and calibrated. Upon checkout, they did give me a discount for my troubles which wasn’t expected. It was a small but welcomed gesture and showed their desire to take care of the customer when the initial repair didn’t go as planned. I will happily recommend them to people because they chose people over the small profit they could’ve made without that discount. Thank you guys!

I had a leaking rear window on an older Ford F150. They got me in right at my scheduled time and had me back out the door in 1 hour as they had estimated. The technicians were all great- super friendly - and explained the process perfectly. Kryger will be my go-to for all my auto glass work. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

The team at Kryger was great to work with. I've used them in the past on company vehicles, and now my own. They did not have the lowest price, but the service was outstanding. I missed my appointment due to a family emergency and they quickly rescheduled me. When I did arrive for my service, the bay was open and ready. The service tech treated my car like it was his own. If I ever need another glass repair, Kryger is who I'll be calling. Thank you all for a job well done.

I needed a replacement glass for the rear window on our vintage Airstream. The folks at Krieger did a great job of communicating with me to clarify the dimensions and type of glass needed for the job. In short order, the tempered glass had been delivered to their Overland Park location ready for pickup. Not only was the glass the perfect size for the window replacement but it was so much more affordable than the quotes from companies specifically handling Airstream replacement parts (as in less than half the price). I highly recommend Krieger for glass replacement needs. Good job!!!

Update: 11/25 After posting this review, I very quickly received a call from the shop manager at Kryger. To her credit, after giving her the information for the dealership which replaced my radio, she called to talk with them and see if they had any idea of the cause of the failure. The dealership said the fault was not on the windshield replacement and it was pure coincidence it occurred after the repair while the truck was in their possession. I've updated my review to 3 stars after getting clarity. I still feel their service could have been better as they did not show any initiative to verify the damage was not caused by them until this review was written (lesson that some companies take these reviews seriously). Admittedly they mention they were waiting to hear back from me after taking it to the dealership, but personally I would have expected a follow up email, text, or call recapping their story of what happened and a reminder they want to make it right and to let them know what the dealership finds out. While I don't expect Kryger to immediately take the blame, they could have showed more concern for a problem that at the time they did not know if they were the cause of. Final verdict: Kryger glass is probably a good company. They did a great job on the windshield repair. But if something goes wrong, don't expect them to jump through any hoops to check-on/make it right with the customer. ___________________________________________ I didn't exactly have the best experience with Kryger Glass. When picking up my truck, I noticed my dash and center screen were not working. (It’s a 2023, so way too soon to be having issues) After asking the front desk, they had a technician pull it back into the shop to look at. They couldn't determine what was wrong, though admitted it was working fine when I brought it in. I've had it taken to a Chevy dealership to diagnose and they believe the radio/computer was shorted out. While I don't believe this was an intentional on the Kryger staffs part and they were very professional, I would expect the business to offer to make it right with the customer as it was pretty clear that issue was caused by something in their shop. What could have been a simple windshield fixed in my driveway from another company, turned into a week of a rental car, a radio replacement repair bill, and a major headache (on top of the cost to replace the windshield in the first place). I unfortunately can’t leave a glowing review for Kryger because they’ve made no attempt to follow up or take any responsibility for their role. Customer be warned. Get a quote from Kryger and take it to a competitor to match if they happen to be lower.

It was easy to make the appointment, drop-off went fine. They told us an hour to an hour and a half and were supposed to phone when the windshield replacement was completed. After 2 1/2 hours and no phone call I called them and was told oh yeah it’s ready for pick up. When we arrived, they didn’t give us any indication that there were any issues, yet we found shattered glass on the floorboards and although we suspect the old windshield must have shattered when they removed it, we really don’t know for sure. And now we’ve received no fewer than five requests for a review. I suspect this is not the review they were hoping for as the repeated texts begging for review would move this down to one star.

Caitlin is very professional and efficient. Excellent experience When I went back with a scratch concern she showed be pre work photos (great idea as memories can be inaccurate. I returned with a windshield wiper question and the 2 shop mechanics checked it out and explained the problem which was a bad wiper. They also were very knowledgeable and nice. Thank you! I will recommend this shop for service and you people.

Shout out to Kryger glass! Price was the best after getting estimates from 3 other companies. They said it would take two hours but were done in 45 minutes. They also moved over my oil change sticker and Ktag sticker without me prompting. Service was friendly. Great experience overall!

Would not recommend for glass table tops. I ordered one to protect an antique desk ... the cut was ragged and the edges were not rounded enough to make it functional. They offered to order something else after I left a review, and they will dispose of the glass top for me once I bring it in, which I appreciate, but overall not a good experience unfortunately. I wanted too support a local shop, but it didn't work out this time.
