Juan did an inspection on a new car that I was buying. He was very helpful. Toyota One service center was trying to get me to do $1050 worth of maintenance services. Juan was transparent and said yes, they are important... in 20-30K miles. Juan is my new (to me) car's mechanic.

I have never written a bad review before, but I feel like I need to warn people before coming here. Never have I received such terrible service at a mechanic. While he may be very nice, the owner will do whatever he can to convince you to pay a higher price. Don't let his nice attitude deceive you. I started by bringing my car in on a Thursday to address the check engine light. I asked them to not do any work on the car until I was given a quote so I could approve it. The next call I received was them telling me the car was complete and the total was $500. Even without approving the quote, I of course paid them for the work done and was assured after picking it up the next day that all was well and the problem was fixed. A day and a half later the check engine light comes back on. I proceed to try and contact them for the next four days until I finally hear back. They casually say I can bring it back in -- with no apology that the issue returned immediately. The next time they have my car, it took them another four days before I could get my car back with very little communication. While they did offer to not charge for labor and only the parts they used, they tried to up charge me double for the part. They first claimed the invoice I was looking at was for a different car, then a different part, then that the up charge was tax, and then trying to say it was because I was a walk-in customer. It took 15 minutes of advocating for myself before I was finally able to pay what they originally promised I owed. I can't tell you how frustrating this process was or how difficult they are to work with. Please save yourself the hassle, money and headache and go literally anywhere else.
