So this is a review that honestly should have been written a long time ago, as I’ve been going Pierpont Service for many years, as well as my family members. Honestly, a 5 star review is not enough for this place. Pierpont is place of integrity, and honesty that is difficult to find these days, especially in automotive repair. I can’t recommend Pierpont enough, not that they need this review, but it’s well deserved. Nancy and Tony are awesome. There has never been a disappointment!

Nancy and her team are the only people we trust. My mother has used them for over 20 plus years. They are good and upfront about any issues with your car. Fantastic services. I would give them 10 starts if it were allowed. They go above and beyond to help not just her customers but the neighborhood too!

I’m giving them 2 stars because the staff were friendly and willing to help. The first time I went there I got my car diagnosed and I did not want them to service my car because the price was too much. The second time I went in and they had my car for two weeks and I paid $500 for them to “fix” it. Drove the car home and I still had the problem. So I paid for things my car needed (battery and tune up) but was not what I brought it in for. Went to another garage and they fixed my car in less than a day. And for $100 cheaper.

Awful! The woman who runs this place is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. They had to fix my car 2 other times because everytime they tried to fix something, something else broke. She tried to overcharge me for towing...and fixing the mistakes THEY caused. Save yourself a headache and go to a REAL garage.
