Very trustworthy. Don't fix it if it isn't broke. Several years ago I took my van in to have it looked at for rattling in front end and told them to just fix it. Ivan called a couple hours later and said no charge because there is nothing wrong. Thanks

They don’t use really good synthetic oil told me 5000 miles between oil changes and I took my car there this morning to ask if he can check the level he said it was almost dry and only recommended to get a quart and a half

After freaking out at my initial bill from another shop Pinckney Auto Repair Center was able to give me a quote over the phone to be informed. After calling multiple shops and dealing with their confusing extra fees and exuberant prices Pinckney Auto Repair beat any price I could find. They turned the vehicle around quickly and returned it to us running great. they even offered my wife a ride home as we sounded stressed! would definitely use them again. Highly disappointed! Had an appointment on Tuesday. Went to pick my vehicle up after work and they never even looked at it. He asked if I could bring back on Wed. And I would be the first one in. So I drop off my car again early morning Wed. Walk to work. Go up there after work thinking it's done and... again they never even looked at it!! I'm done. And will go elsewhere

When you can get them to ACTUALLY work on your car they do good work. Multiple times I've taken my vehicle here, dropped it off, and then when I call to ask if they've done work or even looked at my vehicle they tell me they haven't gotten to it. Or they were too busy to work on my car. After I called and asked if it would be done by that day. So as I said, when they DO work on your car they seem to do a good job at a reasonable price, but I would find another place that will actually do the work in the time frame they say they will.

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ STAY AWAY DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IN EMERGENCY If I could give 0 stars I would I had my car towed in 2 weeks ago Wednesday, at first I was told they would look at it for me, last Wednesday the owner called and claimed i was on schedule for a inspection so I waited and didnt hear back , this Tuesday I called to check on it he claimed he still hasn't looked at it during this point its been sitting a good week and a half, this Wednesday came around and without warning they called and took the car apart already without notifying me, he proceeded to claim multiple parts were also not going to work i said no problem i can order it on ebay, he proceeded to slowly get upset when I said I was not paying for a dealership graded part when I could find it for cheaper, he then proceeded to tell me about how I need to figure this out and get this off of his lift , Threating me to drag my car out of his lift and claiming I dont know what im talking about because i didnt want to over pay for a part so I had to call state farm and have it towed that day , then the owner proceeded to act strange claiming he couldn't retrieve my vehicle due to others parked behind it he told me to CALL THE POLICE so I called the local police department then after multiple calls back and forth, the owner of the shop called me back to say he put my car outside in the main driveway, why was he this difficult i have no clue i support local businesses and I pay my taxes and his attitude was garbage this is no manager worth dealing with under any circumstance 0/5 stars
