I had a fast leak in my tire due to a puncture. They were able to help me out and got me in right away to fix the tire leak. And got me back on the road quickly. 2 months later, I was due for an oil change, so I booked another appointment. I was impressed with the attention to detail of the oil change report, and the service person Jacob, was great. Overall, the experience was much better than dealing with Toyota. More appointment availability, let’s wait time, and a service person that took time to explain things. I will definitely be back! They even had complimentary coffee and other drinks, as well as complementary snacks.

The guys here were very helpful getting my car all fixed up after a breakdown. The best part is they offer free loaner cars so I was able to get to work without burdening family for a ride. They completed the work a day earlier than anticipated. A month later I had another issue and they had me in and out really quickly free of charge! even on a short notice! They may be pricey but the service provided was worth the cost.

I recently had both my car and truck serviced for air conditioning at Mazur’s Total Automotive of Pinckney, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only did they get both vehicles blowing ice-cold air again, but they also provided a thorough breakdown of what each vehicle needed, complete with a detailed report and pictures. Their communication was top-notch — they kept me in the loop every step of the way and took the time to explain exactly what was going on without any pressure to make immediate repairs. They genuinely respected my request to just identify the issues without pushing unnecessary work. On top of all that, their pricing was the best around, and the quality of service was outstanding. The shop was incredibly clean and well-organized, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. Wow. What a first impression. We just moved to the area last year and didn't have a car repair shop. My wife's brakes were completely worn down and Jacob got me in right away, diagnosed, got me an estimate. Also found some other deferred maintenance to clean up. Car came back all better! We took my 2500HD GMC serria here and I was shocked at the end result! Got charged full price for a tire rotation and they didn't even rotate my tires! And when calling and asking about this they couldn't even say!!! Then I had to wait all weekend to get a response! So Monday gets here and by 1pm I still didn't hear back from them yet! So I called and he was nice at first said he would call me back after he talked to his guys in the shop I said that's fine and thank you. I got a call back and he said he would give me 20$ of the 138$ rotation because they rotated hold my tires!

Brought my wife's car to Mazur's after another repair facility kept giving me the run around for 3 weeks. Called Dave and he assured me he could get the repair completed within a week, since my rental coverage was ending. He worked with me to get the tow organized, had it towed within the day, and worked with the insurance company to figure out repair details. They had the repair completed within days! It looks and runs as if it never happened. Thanks Dave and Mazur's for turning this around so quickly and the great work!
