Excellent customer service. They gave me a discount, fixed a wheel flap that was loose and washed my car. My service advisor was with me throughout the process, texting updates. He's awesome!

Dan Thomas is the best service advisor I have worked with at Pinnacle! I haven't had Pinnacle do any work for me for a few years since the advisors I have worked with in the past seemed to act like I was bothering them with my service needs so I quit coming to Pinnacle!!

While my service experience was exceptional from the dealership, I would like to see a better way to get an oil change. Two and a half hour wait is too long. With no other issues with my car I may do something else next oil change.

Took my 2015 Murano in for a check engine light and shocked to learn it required a $ 1600 repair. Wes, the service advisor was empathetic and explained in sufficient detail as to what the issues were. I am just getting ready to sell this vehicle as eleven years old with a 150k miles. Well at least the new owner will not have to deal with this repair probably ever again.

Spent $1250 on getting my car serviced, and the experience was beyond terrible. 1st Day- After 2 hours of waiting I checked to see if they could confirm what O’Reily said about a sensor being broken. When I went to check, they let me know their machine was broken, and the car hasn’t been looked at. Another 2 hours went by and finally had the answer, however I had to use 4 hours of PTO due to no one telling me to go home because the machine was broken. I called the next week to prevent any further PTO needing to be used. I asked the service manager if I should bring it in after work, or mid-day and take a lunch? He said to bring it in and they’d have it done in 2-2.5 hours. 3.5 hours later, I was told they were going to give me a rental because it would not be done. I asked for the 2nd time, why would no one tell me this so I could go home earlier, not wait another 4 hours, and just come back? They offered a rental for the inconvenience. Day 3- Mechanic calls out and they tell me to keep the vehicle. I spoke with the manager and they said they would NOT be charging me for the inconvenience, and they would try to find a way to discount the bill. That day after driving only 30 min. The vehicle gets a flat. Day 4- They said there would be no discount and they may have to charge me for the tire. I explained I wouldn’t have had the rental of the car was finished when promised. And if the flat was on MY car, insurance would have been paid. Nissan said the discount was the rental, and that was final. I also was stuck with a towing cost. I’ll never have another service done at this dealership. I also put a new transmission in last year, and the car hasn’t run the same since. I should have never spent more money at Nissan, and just trade the car in and go with another brand.

Tech did a great job troubleshooting and identifying our issue. However, we were initially told when services/repair(s) were agreed to, the diagnostic fee would be carried over and taken out of our total payment owed. That was not the case... Upon picking up our vehicle, the service rep told us that the amount was $200 bucks more than quoted, sighting the added cost was due to extra time spent conducting diagnosis. The vehicle was only there one day...

The staff has always been great to work with over the years. We have had multiple Nissan vehicles between personal and business use. I have never had an issue with their people or the quality of the work. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs their services

We had an awful experience today at this service department. My wife, our daughter and I dropped our Pathfinder off for an oil change and tire rotation, what should be a fairly quick service, this was not the case today. After 4 hours of waiting with a thankfully well behaved 3 year old, one of the workers came out to inform us that the reason it was taking so long is that they had "lost our keys" and that it would be another 20 minutes for the service to be completed. 30 minutes later, we recieved the message from the service department with all of the upsells you usually expect. Windshield wipers, cabin filters, etc. Since we had been there as long as we had already we declined those services, we live an hour and a half away from this dealership and were more than ready to be home. We then met with the gentleman in the drop off/pickup area to pick up our car and he tried to hand us someone else's keys! After he found our keys, again, he let us know not to use the rear wiper since it, according to them, really needed to be replaced. As we drove away, in the rain, I turned on the rear wiper. My reasoning being that we had used it that morning before leaving our house without issue. Once turned on, I realized the wiper blade was missing entirely! We turned around and went back to the service department and I asked why they would remove a windshield wiper and was told that it was missing when the car arrived. I told them that this is not possible since it was certainly there when we left our house and drove straight to Pinnacle. I was met with the suggestion that it may have been stolen. As a side note you all may want to be on the lookout for the Wiper Bandits of North Scottsdale, apparently there's a rash of wiper blade thefts in the area... All in all, our experience was beyond disappointing and we will not use their services moving forward, we will utilize the services of a dealership that can, at minimum, keep track of their customers keys.

I have worked with Billy Ferreri for several years in servicing my Nissan vehicles. He is tops! The back is also tops. My vehicle is always serviced in a timely manner at a reasonable cost, and the complementary detail is appreciated.

I went in for a transmission fluid change on my Titan because I received a service coupon through the mail the day before. The service coupon was for $199 compared to their original price. I went for my appointment and they didn’t honor it even though it was from the same dealer I purchased my vehicle from, where I take it for every service it needs and the coupon specifically said it was a coupon for my Titan. I still got the service due to needing it, but they do not honor the discounts that they send out to their customers, especially customers that purchased the vehicle at the same dealership.

I had a great experience! Had a lot of worries with other places but Billy was great, he got my car done very quickly and I had full trust in him. Feels like I got a brand new car, it has never driven as good as it does now. Very satisfied and highly recommend this dealership and service department! :)

I wish I had good things to say about my experience but I don't. I had gotten my car in December from my mother and had brought it in to them and told them " fix everything i don't want anything wrong with the car." I spent 6k repairing "everything" in the car. Then not two weeks later while driving to work my radiator blew up. I immediately brought it back to them since I had then fix everything and they said " it wasn't our fault for not seeing the its old that will be another 1.5k" all becuase they neglected to check it in a full inspection cause an easy fix turned in to full replacement. Very annoyed with them becuase now 7.5k down the drain I thought this was over. Then not even 30 days later I had to bring it back to them again for a leak becuase when they put in the new tubing for my axel and power steering caused it to start leaking again. So they told me they wanted me to spend 2.5k on replacing the axel track and then another 1k for a realignment. I told them I would never let them touch my car again because 1 simple thing cause so much damage. I dont know who they have working back there but I would rather trust a highschool mechanics class over them. So please save your money and go to someone else.

They did the repair. It took 3 and a half hours, likely because of a lunch break. I won’t be making an appointment at 11 again. Darren was helpful and gave me a discount on the cabin filter. My Platinum warranty covered the axle seal repair. They’ve given me great deals on oil changes a couple of times. It’s a good shop.

I went to Service to Pinnacle Nissan for check my Dashboard "Key System error" Warning of my certificated Pre-owned vehicle. My service visit turned into a frustrating experience again. It was waiting more than 3-1/2 hours in service room. I had to decline all request suggested due long wait. The service tech Darren Racine, approach me after I decline the recommendations. My priority reason to bring there my vehicle was not considered to fix the warning on my dashboard. Absolutely sure it was unfair, no value honesty as a customer. More and more attempt to UPSELL. In conclusion bad and below my expectations service received. Eduardo E. Barrios.

Pinnacle Nissan did a great job on repairing our vehicle. The service writer was not pushy, listened to my concerns and got the car back to us quickly. He told me many of their mechanics have over 30 years working on Nissans. I recommend them for service as I was pleased with the results. I chose them based on other customer reviews and was happy with the results.

We had such a great experience buying our vehicle, and Chris made the whole process so easy! From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and really worked with us to find financing that fit our situation. What stood out most was how transparent and straightforward everything felt. Chris and the Manager David made sure we understood every step, which gave us a lot of confidence in our decision. Car buying can be stressful, but this experience was smooth and positive. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes the extra mile, ask for Chris — you’ll be in great hands!

They are very helpful and friendly! I got accessories installed on my 2025 Murano. They don’t waste your time. They don’t give you quotes for work and not stand by them and try to charge you 3 times that. They are a good, honest dealership that does QUALITY work and prioritizes their customers needs above a quick sale. They even warned me about an additional accessory that I had on back order and the expensive cost of installation on it. I quickly cancelled it. Really appreciate your transparency. You are a different dealership and it’s so refreshing. THANK YOU JORDAN AND THE WHOLE PINNACLE TEAM!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
