Brought my bumper out to get painted due to rock chips and use overall and my car has a very specific paint and didn’t want to get the colors not matching and couple shops say they could do it but wouldn’t guarantee perfect color matching until I came to pit stop auto solution and Pat the owner promised me perfect paint match and you better believe came out perfect I will definitely be coming back for any of my needs or my familys

About a month ago, on a Friday the week after I’d moved into Mass, I slid on black ice into a snow embankment that completely totaled my car. My gas tank was on E, my friends here were out of town, my insurance company (Statefarm😷) couldn’t get me a tow until MONDAY, my phone was almost dead & it was 22 degrees & dropping. I was terrified & having a panic attack worried that I would turn into a frozen meatsicle by the time the sun rose in the morning. In a last ditch effort to get myself some help before my phone died, I called up every two company in the area to get some assistance. Patrick at Pit Stop Auto was the only one who answered my call. He towed my car out in the dead of night, drove me home, and literally saved my life I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle or my life. If you’re ever in trouble, or you need to work with someone you trust, look nowhere else and drive there now. You couldn’t be in better hands 🙌🏼

I was recommended by an insurance company to have PitStop perform some body work. Pat came to my house to pick up my vehicle. My battery was dead and he went out of his way to get my vehicle started before towing it to his auto shop. PitStop and Pat went far beyond what was necessary to complete the body work. He recommended some work that I knew about but couldn't afford at the time. He quoted me the price and it was more competitive as anyone by far. The work was completed in a timely manner that surprised me and quicker than the 1st shop I tried. PitStop is now my choice to bring my vehicle for work. I would recommend giving PitStop a try. From the moment I called, Pat made everything so much easier especially after dealing with the insurance company. This is by far the best car maintenance experience I’ve ever had! Not knowing much about vehicles it’s always difficult finding a place you can trust that does quick and quality work, Carlos and the crew did just that! They fixed up my fender bender within a couple days of me reaching out to them and made sure I understood everything in the whole process as well as where my money was going. Im happy to have found a shop I’ll stay with if ever needed in the future!

I had my car towed to the shop and had a great talk with the owners. I was well informed and updated with every step of the repair process. Couldn’t have had a better experience with this shop. Top notch crew, Pat and Carlos are great. Very professional from start to finish when I brought my Silverado in for some bed work. Very fair pricing probably the best in the area, and that doesn’t mean cheap work; they spared no expense getting my truck looking great. Management and crew very competent in what they do. I highly recommend you visit Pit Stop Auto Solutions! They treat you like family, are professional and respectful, and make sure you leave with all your concerns resolved. This is the only place I take my vehicle for body work. They just finished installing my carbon fiber rear diffuser, and it looks amazing!
