I was really stuck with issues with my Son’s car. I had a hole in my Power steering, a leak in my water pump and my bushings completely worn out. I asked for an average price / quote for replacing front brake pads because I already have the parts, and before I could finish speaking the owner said “ I’m gonna stop you right there i am not giving you a quote without seeing the car” typical scam to charge a diagnostic fee.. I have had a negative experience with them before as well so I strongly do not recommend going here even if it’s close for convenience sake.

Les's is EASILY the best mechanic I've ever been to. He gets me in the shop fast, like 1-2 days fast. Communicates everything I need to know extremely well. And fixes any problems I have in ample time. He even threw some new wipers on my truck free of labor charge! 999/10 the best ever!

I've been going to Les' Auto Repair since I moved to the area 5 years ago. Awesome customer service and extremely knowledgeable master mechanic. Never have I had better service anywhere else. I would recommend Les' Auto to everyone. More than fair pricing for the work that he performs, never cutting corners. And never has he recommend anything that my vehicles didnt need like other places I've been too just to make a buck. I cant say enough great things about Les. Les has qualities most mechanics do not. He's honest, reasonably priced and his quality is top notch! Couldn't recommend this man's work any higher. I've been bringing my cars to him for years and he never disappoints. Lunenburg isn't the most convenient place, but it's worth the extra miles to bring the car to someone you can trust and will likely save you a lot of money in the process.

Awful Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a completely unacceptable experience with this auto repair company. From start to finish, everything went wrong. The mechanic displayed unprofessional behavior. Not only was the service rude and dismissive, but the repairs were done incorrectly. I had to take my car elsewhere to fix the mistakes. I’m deeply disappointed and would advise anyone to avoid this place. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that values professionalism and respect.

I've been going to Les' auto repair for many years . I love the location of his shop now. It's alot easier to get into than the last place . It's very easy to schedule an appointment. I called Les out of the blue when I was overwhelmed and my car was acting up. I was unsure of the problem. Les checked out my car the same day I dropped it off, gave me a diagnosis, treated me with respect, honesty and fairness. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how best to handle it. I’ve never left a mechanic’s shop feeling like I was completely informed before I met Les. I could not possibly be more impressed. I contacted them on the recommendation of the gentleman that changes my oil at Jiffy Lube. I explained to them my problem and they were prepared for my automobile when I got there. I arrived at 9:00 in the morning and they were finished with my automobile by 12:15. They were friendly courteous and answered all of my questions.
