Will not go back for car service, poor management. My OEM battery was swapped and replaced by a smaller older used one without my consent!

I felt I got a good deal at this location but the customer service after you drive off the lot is horrendous. They do not follow up, they do not give you accurate information and everyone just passes the bucket. The service just KILLED the whole experience for me. Very disappointed.

Service sucked. Bought two cars from them only got one license plate. Noah the GM argued saying they couldn't do anything, mean while the temporary license plate was expired. Never buy from Jack Key once they have your money they don't care.

I am so happy I took my sportage for a car wash, and to my surprise when they were done it was all shiny and inside vacuum and clean even smelling so good, they did a awsome job wanna give thanks first of all to the gentleman that help when I walk, not sure about his name I think George anyways he talks Spanish too,his very professional and such a nice person and second of all to the guy that clean my sportage you really make my day, usually they just wash it, but not him may God blessed you both im very greatful 😊

My mom went for a oil change and had to get another oil change turns out When she went to a different place this time around and turns out there was no oil in her car from the first time. Waste of money and waste of time. You can’t even trust to get a simple oil change. Don’t recommend!

Crooks!! Liars!! If you want a crook of a loan manager go see Enrique at jack key Chrysler, he will lie to you and lie 100% on the loan application to get the sale of a vehicle thru gecu! And district manager Noah will back him up 100% also! Stay away from here and spend your money with people who actually care for their customers and treat their customers right!

Jack Key Service damaged my car's touch screen but since it is a "small" nick in the screen according to them, they won't do anything about it. If I had damaged one of their screens, I'm sure they would want me to make it right.

Formerly Jack Key Nissan of Las Cruces is now Nissan of Las Cruces. I took my vehicle in for a clunking/screeching sound after owning it for 2.5 years. The transmission had to be replaced and this took 3 weeks. When I finally got my vehicle back they gave it back to me damaged and said I signed a form acknowledging these damages. They gave me a copy of this form WITH MY SIGNATURE FORGED. AND NOT ONLY WAS THIS DOCUMENT FORGED, MY NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG! Now I am filing a lawsuit for damages and forgery. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR SERVICES OF ANY SORT. The service and quality is horrible and they will forge signatures!

2012 Nissan Sentra SR 40,000 miles Bose speakers stolen and switched out with blown speakers. iPod port and the console tray are also missing. I have no idea what else may have been done to this vehicle. And this was after the new change in ownership. Avoid this place like the plague. We only wanted to get a lost key replaced. 300$ We drove it 5 miles home from the dealer and it sat for sale for four weeks. It wouldn't start. We had it towed back to the dealer to fix it again. They wanted to replace the computer and key antenna for 900$. We complained to corporate and the dealership did not want to honor corporates 50% parts discount until we complained again. So the car sat even longer until the price was agreed to. I complained about the parts missing after we noticed a couple days after pick up but it was ignored. A complete nightmare dealing with these people. I figure they'll never believe us about the missing parts so the only positive to come out of this would be to share our story so others are aware.

We went to Pick Poe to get the free oil change and rotation and we couldn't because they said we had no Jeep warranty maintenance we would have to pay for it, and it is a new car. They said go back to Dealer Jack Key in Las Cruces, NM. They sold us a 3rd party extended warranty which Jeep will not honor. I went to JK and they denied ever hearing anything about a Jeep warranty plan called Mopar, and they can't do anything as the Jack Key was bought out by Pitre. I want our money back on this bogus warranty. I am going to Dick Poe and hopefully they can fix it and we will have all our services done at Dick Poe. Some older heavy sales man was rude and treated me like I was stupid and my husband should come in and talk to him. If i cold give no stars would.

I went in on 6/14/16 to ask for a wheel lock key since mine had been stolen at bravo Chevrolet repair place and Max helped me out really well!! He and the team in the service department helped me with my issue!! They were extremely friendly and helpful and made me regret the decision of going to bravo. I highly recommend these guys (I don't know the names of the guys who helped me). I especially recommend speaking to max, the service advisor. Really great men there! Did I mention they give free car washes? We all need one every once in a while. You guys are the best!! Thanks so much.
