Do not use this company. They are so unorganized, they do not know what they are doing. My vehicle came back to me with mechanical issues after “being fixed”. Will NEVER use them again. And best believe I will be telling everyone I not to come here. Worst experience ever!!

This place is amazing! I got into a small fender bender, I shopped around for body shops in town and they were trying to over charge me alot. I went here and he fixed it for a reasonable price and went above and beyond in service and helpfulness. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Was referred to this place and regret listening. I needed a rear bumper replaced and side panel work done because of a small accident. The workers were friendly but the owner was never there. The paint job was outsourced and it was done poorly…. Paint bubbles and primer showing. Had them redo the work and it still was not done appropriately for a $4,500.00 price tag. Do yourself a favor and go to another shop when you need work done.

Do NOT bring your vehicle to this place EVER!! Very SHADY and your vehicle will come back with more damage than it already had. If your going through insurance or even paying yourself you won't be happy either way. And I'm not just saying this, I honestly mean it and wished I would of read reviews before I brought my vehicle to them so I'm just trying to warn others so you don't go through what I went through.

take your vehicle somewhere else I had my 2013 Honda pilot in there because it was hit. It was an insurance claim they said okay. Bring it in such and such day. We'll have it down in about 3 to 4 days and it took them over a week to get it done. When I got the car back after they said it was done I still had runs in my clear coat and they said okay. Bring it back in like a week. They gave me a day to bring it back. I brought it back and when I got it there they said oh nobody's here to do it so they sent me up another date to bring it back. When I brought it back that day it was after hours and when I got up there the gentleman's that were there didn't even know a car was coming in and so they set it up for another day. Then when I got up there to get the other day they said oh we didn't know it was coming three different trips to the thing and still not fixed. Still have runs in my clear coat on my paint job so if I was you I would take it somewhere else

After my car was involved in an accident we decided to go with this auto shop. We wanted to give a local shop our business over taking it to corporate owned shops, BIG mistake. 1st red flag was when we were asked about payment from our insurance company and told he wouldn’t release our vehicle until they paid. 2nd red flag no work was started until we told him the reason no payment was being processed is because he hadn’t handled his end in the system. AFTER we notified our insurance company of the interaction and they told us they would handle it and he could not do that. They were the ones who told us he hadn’t done his part for them to proceed. He had it vehicle for over 2 weeks at that point. 3rd red flag were the delays after, resulting in my having a rental for almost a month and was only “completed” after we told him we were near the end of our covered time. We got our vehicle back without the front emblem, electrical issues, starting issues, and blinker light being out. It’s been a couple months and after multiple attempts to reach him regarding these issues and getting our front emblem placed (something he said to do the following week and would like less than a minute to do), we still haven’t received a response. We have even gone and parked in front of his shop first thing in the morning to catch him so we could talk to him and no one shows. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I will never go back to him or recommend him to anyone. He was provided payment on three occasions, yet has not returned it calls and texts. Also, my car ran so much better before taking it to them. The issues, especially the electrical and starting issues have been a nightmare to deal with and fix since I got it back. I don’t know what they did to my car but they didn’t really fix anything. My air bag light is still on.

Took a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer for body repairs to the front end. Not. Good. Took over 90 days to complete, the paint was "orange peeled", put miss-matched tires on the same axle, said it was completed but none of the safety features worked not even the speedometer! So we ended up taking it to the dealership and putting almost 4K in additional work for sensors and various other things, out of our own pocket. The insurance considered it as being done, so they wouldn't cover it. Ended up in small claims court which we won as he didn't even participate in

Got involve in an accident a couple of months ago and took my vehicle to USA and they did a phenomenal job on my car. Very satisfied and professional, it did take longer than expected but I now understand that it’s a lengthy process and that it takes time and a real craftsman to do a good quality job.

Started off great but quickly went downhill… my car was rear ended with just the rear bumper being damaged. This business called me and were extremely nice so I had my car brought to them after the insurance adjuster assessed the damaged. The adjustment estimate had listed to REPLACE the rear bumper which is what the owner told me was going to happen. About a week or so later, I get a text that my car is finished and ready to pick up. When I arrive, the bumper had NOT been replaced but had been repaired but still expected to be PAID FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE BUMPER.. it was one of the jankiest repair jobs I’ve ever seen even being in the car business for years now.. the two guys I spoke with just tried to brush it off and told me because there was a previous accident to the vehicle is why it looked like that so I should just take it how it was… after saying multiple times it looked awful, they said they would keep it so they could “fix it”. A few days later, the owner tells me they didn’t replace the bumper because it would take “a really long time” to get it in. I immediately call BMW dealership as well as 2 other body shops and they ALL told me it would take 2-3 days to get the bumper. I call the owner back and say it’ll be 2-3 days from the dealership to get the bumper in. Surprise surprise, that was supposedly his next call.. had the bumper been replaced to begin with or if someone had at least TOLD ME it was going to be repaired instead, been upfront, and HONEST this could’ve easily been a 5 star review.. I will never recommend, my co-workers will not, and the hundreds of customers we have at our dealership we will not recommend this business..
