Tech Leonel V. is a liar Check their yelp reviews- their bad. Do not come here. If you're taking it back under warranty they will make sure to service your car last or not at all. Would not recommend. I got an alignment 2 weeks ago as my vehicle was steering to the right. Waited 3 hours for the service to be completed. $183 out of pocket. I made an appointment and took it to them again as it continued to steer to the right as soon as I let go of the steering - issue not resolved. Waited 3 & 1/2 hours. Customers who arrived later than I left sooner than I did. I followed up at around 3 hours and I was told there was another car on the lift. I waited outside, saw the car that was on the lift leave. I got back inside and I was told my car was ready. I was confused because I never saw my car leave the same spot. I took it for a test drive and the same issue. I checked the report and it was blank. They never serviced. Check their Yelp reviews, pretty bad.

Prices are high, which would be ok if the service was worth it. Instead, I went in for a basic oil change and later discovered oil was spilled all over my engine. The smell is awful, and although I've tried to pressure wash it off, it never really goes away. I will not be returning to this establishment

Not a place to take your brand new Nice wheels. I installed these wheels myself a couple days ago. Pep boys were the first to take them off so they could balance them. Definitely won’t be coming back!

I'm not good about how to go about cars, but I'm trying to learn. I got an engine diagnostic that took about 2 hours.I didn't know it takes that long. The diagnosis was the air filter. I was showed what was the problem with the one I had. They found a cheap one for me & ordered it. It didn't take long to arrive. They did the job and I was on my way home. My question would be, were they supposed to reset my car? I still have the engine light on. I wouldn't know if I should return and take off the engine light or does it go off by itself?

Jesus the technician and I believe his name was Isal who worked up front were amazing guys! We were passing through from Texas and had a brake emergency. I called Isal and he explained to me that he would help us out just to stop by. When I arrived and got through quotes Jesus then helped me understand the process and time frame. He was very generous and thoughtful! I would recommend asking for Jesus and Isal to help out with any car troubles you may have. Thank you again guys for your help and positive energy!

Won't return, had an appt at 11 I rushed to get there, for my vehicle to sit 45 mins before getting looked at. I asked what's going on and they said they are training, my question is. Why wasn't anything ever relaid to me! I only found out because my kids were hungry and as I was walking I seen my truck in the same spot I parked it. Whoever the guy was that was training needs to be trained on customer service. You got a tire shop right across the street, and I'll take my other car else where smh do better

Took vehicle in Jan 3 2026 because air conditioner started to feel warm that day. They said I needed new AC lines and gave me a price. I agreed with the maintenance to fix. Then they called back and said I needed a new air compressor. I agreed. I picked up late evening of Jan 6, 2026 on way home I noticed that something was wrong. My vehicle was bouncing up and down and the drive felt horrible. Went back in the next day at 7:30 am to explain what was happening and that I can’t drive like that. I explained that we got my air fixed and had just picked up vehicle the previous evening. I showed video of how much my vehicle was bouncing up and down while driving. They took it for a quick test drive, came back and said I need a new motor mount/ damper and new struts. I told them there were no issues with how it drove when I dropped off. I asked if they had to move or remove anything to find those air conditioner lines or replace the air compressor and they told me no. I don’t understand how it was perfectly fine the day I dropped off and now $2,000 later after fixing the air issue , I now have almost another $2,000 quote to fix this issue that somehow occurred in the time period they had my vehicle in their possession. We tried calling for a manager all day today and finally got ahold of them. Was told the same thing that was wrong with it and that nothing was moved or touched to fix air issue. No customer service to see how this happened or who worked on it. I was send a online survey that takes forever to complete on because they ask the same questions over and over. To explain why I was not satisfied. After I hit next and give my satisfaction level it doesn’t all over again. Now we have to figure out how to fix this mess and take to a new shop. This is a lesson learned for us but I would not recommend them for any kind of maintenance.

I had a terrible experience at Pep Boys. The front desk associate was rude, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. He took my keys without explaining anything and left me and my boyfriend waiting with zero communication. When the problem was found, he refused to answer questions and just told me to pick a tire without explaining the issue, the part, warranties, or alignment options. I was told the service would take 30–40 minutes, but it only took about 5 minutes, which made the whole interaction feel careless and poorly communicated. At checkout, he didn’t even acknowledge me and only asked “cash or card.” This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
