Had an engine warning light come on flashing while traveling from alamogordo to Las cruses. Loss of power etc. Called on way in, wasn't sure if open 3 July 2020 observed holiday. They were, and was able to get us in. While waiting was a pain... they were able to confirm the issue, test and resolve it same day. We were back on road in about 5 hours. Luckily for us they do great service, and found it under warranty repair.

They came out to my house, picked up my car and took it to their service department this morning. They took care of a vehicle recall and performed an oil change and then brought it back to me. Easy, no one tried to push more work needed and when they handed me my keys she was wearing gloves and the keys were in a plastic bag. Awesome job & customer service!

2nd time getting service done there. If you need anything done, get there early. Also, they have online appointment booking, a plus, when they choose to honor it. I gave mixed feelings about the place. Have heard horror stories about ppl getting held for ransom. Not literally but have heard they will not give customers keys back when trying to sell a vehicle that includes a trade in. Just hear say minds you, but more than once person has told me that. Anyway, I had a good experience getting maintenance done to my vehicle. Hope you have the same.

My service was above and beyond today. I went in to get my tint repaired. I was a bit late, but they were super nice about it. They kept me informed on how long it would take, since I had an appointment afterwards. Extremely nice and professional staff. Lisa from customer service, thankyou much for helping me out. Russ, excellent job on the tint repair. One more thing, I had my original tint done there, but I lost the warranty card. They still honored it, even though they had no obligation to. These guys made my day.

Been taking my vehicle here for years now. They are very busy so you need to call ahead for an appointment. I usually just get my oil changed here. The crew is friendly and professional. Your invoice is throughly explained and they will call you BEFORE they do anything unplanned to your vehicle. I love that. They also do this new thing where they video record the service being performed on your car and you can view it. There’s no mystery here. You’ll know exactly what is being done to your vehicle.

Warning WARNING do not buy an electric car from hyundai there is horrible infrastructure here horrible power stations. THANKS Grisham Good luck on getting them repaired and battery replacement. Repair service is the worst.

They really need to replace the person who answers/redirects calls the service department or teach her about customer service. I could not make an appointment online because the service I needed was not listed on the website. So I had to call to reach the service department to make an appointment. I had to call several times because once my call got cut off and I had to call back several times to convey info about my car problem and to request a follow-up service. The lady who picks up the phone (they probably have caller-id and knew it was me who was calling) expressed her annoyance that I kept calling, she breathed long and heavily into the phone and I could tell she was rolling her eyes. It's not like I was calling for no reason or I was rude to her. If you don't like your job, quit and find another one. Give it to someone who enjoys what they do.

I experienced very poor service when I scheduled an appointment online, as the system changed my vehicle to a different brand and model. The service advisor who assisted me was rude and disrespectful. I couldn't help but feel that there may have been some racial bias involved. When I approached their desk, they immediately gave me an attitude, but when a white customer approached them, they were polite and respectful.

Came in for a pending recall on our Kona which had been on hold and had a superior experience. Our friendly service writer Lisa Sorenson had us in and out in short order, but they also found one more recall that required attention. That necessitated leaving our car overnight but their courtesy transport van was there to take us home and offered to bring us back in the morning! That's fantastic concierge attention for a repair the manufacturer was covering. The work was done right, on time, and our vehicle was returned clean and tidy. Nice airy waiting lounge too, thankfully the TV was not on so loud as to intrude on reading.

This was my first time going to Casa Autoplex and having my Civic serviced. First, there was a miscommunication on my end about the appointment time. I called and let them know that I would be late (20 mins). They were understanding. Isaac was my service advisor, and he was great! I also received help from the service receptionist (I can't remember her name, unfortunately). She ordered a part for my vehicle that will be installed at a later time (recall). I waited in the designated area as my car was being serviced. I busied myself with coursework, so time flew by for me. My car was all done about 2 hours later. I got a new air filter this time; it runs a lot better! Everything else seemed to be good. I will definitely be coming back. 🙂

I started working with Braden Tidwell about 4 days before I was actually able to ever go into the dealership. He was able to help me with every question I had and even provided solutions to problems I didnt even realize I could do. I ended up going through a long process but mostly of my own doing, however I left with the car I had been wanting all along and without any complaints about Braden or the Financial Manager Martin Espinoza. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit and would recommend for anyone looking for a new Hyundai or Honda to go sit down with Borman.

I recently had an oil change done at my local Honda service center, and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable. The only minor downside was that the service took longer than expected, so I recommend scheduling your appointment in the morning and dropping off your car early. That way, you can pick it up by the end of the day without any rush. Overall, a great experience!
