The customer service that I had today was exemplary, very professional and explained everything to me. I might although consider going back to Walmart slowly because of the price increase it went from $68-$90 due to obtaining oil from another supplier from Kendall to Pennzoil. I personally don’t believe as a business owner that prices can shoot up that much anyways we’ll see what happens always good service.

Paid about $700 for all the recommended services like a transmission fluid exchange and transmission filter replacement. Along with radiator coolant fluid exchange. Within 9 months both my transmission and radiator had to be replaced because the head gasket blew. I don’t think these guys even did any of the work I paid for, costing me thousands to actually get it done somewhere else. If you’re just getting an oil change this place is fine, but don’t let them do anything more than that.

I've always come to jiffy lube for great service, however I feel as if they are going down hill, when I arrived I told them I had just replaced my cabin air filter and engine air filter myself 2 days ago and to please not check or open compartments, they then open them up and just toss my new filter on top of car which is dirty, then Kieran tells me my cabin air filter is dirty and needs to be replaced, I then told him there is no way as I just replaced less then 48 hours ago, then he goes into my car holding my cabin filter in one hand and pizza in the other, eating pizza in my car while handling my belongings in glove box and cabin air filter, I even took pics of him to post on here, now I have pizza stains on my new carbon filter and on my dashboard, so un professional, I paid more to come here for great service but not anymore. I'm so disappointed in the experience, unsanitary, unprofessional and was even charged extra.
