The place rocks .. better Toyota dealer ever and that's alot since I was 20! Do yourself a favor ask for the kindest, sweetest salesperson by the name of Courtney. If Courtney is on vacation, Christina is also a sweet salesperson. The sales mgr is very easy to speak to. Great place!

Vending Machines needs a little upgrade, credit card use would be better, because there’s no where to get change. Coffee could use a makeover and more selections. The service was great and honestly didn’t try to sell anything that wasn’t needed. I’m very pleased with the service, quick and efficient. Service was very quick and not a long wait.

I set up an appointment and listed the items I needed completed the last being a new rear windshield wiper. I was charged for the I stall but it was not installed. One month later and 9 different phone calls and I have no wiper and no refund. No answers the phone all you get is voice mails. It is a terrible place about response and follow up. I I've over and hour away and driving to this place to get a resoluti9n is very difficult. Why can't anyone return my call to resolve this problem

Been waiting over two hours for an oil change and myself and my daughter were lucky enough to spend the first 45 minutes in the waiting area with a vagabond who was having a conversation with himself. He seems to be a regular, as every employee ignored him. Fun times. That being said, the service dudes are very nice and it’s not their fault understaffed . It’s what happened when an out of state dealership comes in and buys the local one.

First and foremost I don't give many bad reviews, but just being honest with the treatment of my Dad's 2026 Camry XSE. He needed 2 new rims and tires, and scheduled an appointment for 2pm, they called to make sure he was going to be there, and yet when he arrived, he waited over an hour and asked when is the car going in to get the work done? The staff that there were people ahead of him. Why call to confirm 2pm, and wait for an hour till they start! Discount Tire is so on it, that when I schedule an appt. they get on it faster than non-appointments. After the installation of the rims and tires, they said, he got a good deal! LOL! I used to work in the car business for 7 yrs. and parts they make 50% profit, and the service rates vary per city or region dictated by Toyota. They charged installation after charging high prices on the rims, they cost around $300/$400 a rim. They charged double and there was no deal. No car wash after spending 4 Figures and charged 3% to use a credit card! Like I said, I worked for Big Dealer, Hoehn and we never charged a credit card processing fee as it was part of business. I have a Toyota myself and I would recommend Viva Auto Group to know that it's a priviledge to own a Toyota Franchise and take note of Judith Jones-Cone, owner of Carlsbad Toyota/Lexus. She built a carwash on her property for all service cars, and before it was built, they gave you a local carwash voucher. That is top class service and Lou Jones, her late husband started the first Toyota in the 70s in Oceanside, CA. Would never go back here for any business related endeavors.
