Horrible costumer service. Had a flat tire and there is no one on this place that can change it. Evwry time is the same with TAs. . . 3 hours just to wait for someone to come.... unbeleivable

Verybad service, and they are ripped off they cost $1000, and the problem still remains the save and ask them for the solution for my problem. I ended up getting answered that you have two hours to tow the truck

I wanted to get the truck tire retorqued, they asked me 150$ for retorque and 4 hours waiting . When I go to love truck stop they did it for free and no waste my time.

They don't care for anything, Ruben is very unprofessional he doesn't listen to what customer needs. Mechanics are useless. Try to avoid this place at all costs.

I spent seven hours on a Friday waiting to have a spare mounted and a mud flap replaced. The manager told me I was lucky to get in a bay that soon! The mechanic, Miguel, wasn't remotely friendly even after I commended him on getting that mangled mud flap bracket straightened. This shop is horribly short staffed and has no respect for the time you spend waiting.

This is the laziest bunch I've ever come across! Needed air in my tires checked and fuel filters changed.That's it. Mind u shop is empty and they said it would be 3 hrs. REALLY?? I changed the filters and checked a low tire while they all sat in the brake area watching, while the others disappeard! Seriously useless!! Take ur businesses else where. I will!!

Robbery don't do anything at this TA shop...pulled in with a blown tire in the trailer after almost a 3 hr wait the told us to go in...a quick tire change and I provided the spare. This thieves charge me the same price to remove the outer tire on the trailer to change the inner one...

The worst place ever with very disrespectful staff. The front desk guy smelling like weed worse than a marijuana dispenser. Come in for a PM and asked for oil recommendations and he basically call me stupid after telling me he’s not a mechanic and there no way for him or anyone there to know that. So how can I trust you to service my truck if nobody there knows their jobs?!!! Definitely avoid this place.

Store itself was clean didn’t shower but sat there for 7 hours to get tire looked at on trailer and was never seen. Went somewhere else. Staff were apologetic but had no one to work on truck.

Shop took one day to replace an air bag on one of my trailers. They decided to call me at 5pm that they didn’t have parts and my truck would have to stay another night. I had to arrange for part pick up and find parts for them. My driver ended up bobtailing his truck through town to gather parts. Do yourselves a favour and just find a different shop, this one’s got poor management.

I will put zero of of five if possible. One of my driver tire got low air, I was trying to fill it up, standing outside the bay for over 10 minutes, and trying to ask any, but they just ignore me, talking to each other, eating chocolates, but just not in work. Finally a guy told me I need to go inside and ask them to borrow a connecter to pump. I grabbed it, and pumped 20 minutes, the air pressure went down, and I asked them, then they laughed and said they working on the air compressor.they just talked and laughed with each other. They knew the air compressor was not working, why told me to use it? Spent an hour on it with nothing.

I have really Bad experience with these guys at TA repair shop. On Feb 04th at night I was checked in because I needed hood harness changed for Headlights. They called me next morning at 6am & pulled my truck into Bay 2. Their mechanic started unplugging old harness. As he was unplugging those hood harnesses from driver side headlight. He punctured my Radiator as you guys be able to see in the video. When he punctured it he came up to me. I was still sitting in my truck watching him what he was doing. He told me that your radiator’s leaking. After telling me he Ran into his manager office, don’t know what he has told his manager. They started blaming on me that I brought my truck with leaking. Clearly it was recorded in their camera that there was no leaking when I pulled into a Bay. Because when mechanic was opening hood. I was the one who handed him Hood harness & there was nothing leaking. They told me to wait for their senior manager so he can check camera & decide what to do. After 3,4 hours finally they made it decision that it was their fault. They said they needed to order a New Radiator because they didn’t have it. From 10am in the morning they made an order for New radiator from kenworth dealership from El Paso, TX. Which was only 55 miles & took em whole day to bring to. Then when they started replacing the new Radiator, there so called professional mechanic broke the clamp that goes from radiator to Coolant. Now it’s 8:30pm. They started saying that we don’t have this clamp. We will order it in the morning. Want to waste my another day. Next Morning they said we can’t find that hose that goes from coolant tank to Radiator. They just called kenworth dealers nearby n told me that part is not going to be here till Tuesday. But I’m glad I made a call to nearest Peterbilt & got 3/8 5 feet hose with clamps. Gave their tech to put it on. That’s how I was able to get out of this place. Please Avoid this TA Repair shop at any cost. They will waste your money, time and will try to blame it on you for their fault. I will gave 0 star. I would not recommend anyone coming to this repair shop.
