Our 2020 24-ft Class C motorhome on a Ford F350 Super Duty chassis with 58,000 miles developed a brake system leak while 650 miles away from home. I isolated it to a brake fluid distribution block mounted atop the rear axle; tightened the brake lines attached to it; and reduced the fluid leak from a steady stream to slow, regular drops when braking hard. We continued, stopping regularly to check and top off the brake fluid reservoir. I typically do all maintenance and repair, but I ran out of talent on this brake system failure. Turns out this was a novel failure. So novel that it required Bogart's to do extra research to determine a Ford part number for it (much harder than this reads), and multiple calls by them across the U.S. to Ford factory parts sources to locate the elusive, OEM distribution block. This was far from a regular dealer-stocked item. Bogart's went above and beyond a typical service norm to research and find this OEM part; expertly install it; and check the complete brake system's operation. I trusted their capability and work to the point of immediately driving 3500 miles with no braking concerns or issues.

Left Michigan only to find out in Texas that our furnace and generator weren't working. We were headed to Arizona from Texas when I called Bogart's. Asked if they could help out the next day as we would be passing through Las Cruces. Was told they were very busy but if we could be there at 9:00am the next day they would try to help us. We showed up on time and they got right to work. Within 30 minutes they had fixed the generator and diagnosed the furnace. Needed a new burner which they ordered. It arrived Monday morning early and they got right on it. We were on our way to Arizona by 10:30am! Couldn't be happier with Bogart's!

I took my motorhome because the generator was not working properly. they told me they removed the generator tested it replaced some parts and that it ran perfectly. I went to pick up the motorhome and the generator did not run. They then told me I needed another part which cost me another $500. Drove the motorhome 60 miles and the following weekend the generator would not run. Took it to a local shop who checked it and told me that the work they said they had done had actually not been done. I certainly will not refer anyone to them and have pass this on to other motorhome enthusiasts. Total bill was $1,700 and I had to pay someone else to fix it. You would think for $1,700 they would have fixed it. So sad.

We needed work done on our Class A RV however CW and others wouldn't perform a radiator flush. Bogarts was recommended and I needed the work done in a timely manner. April got me in on the schedule and Jeff with the Crew took care of the issues and let me know of some work that I thought was needed was not. They even took preventive maintenance steps for me at no charge. The charges were way less than any other quotes I had received!! You can rest assure, as long as I'm in range of this area, Bogarts will receive my business. They are also pet friendly too!!!!

The customer service here is fantastic! They always seem to know what I need, even when I don't. I went in to get a valve replacement for my RV. If I had gotten the one I was asking for, I would have had to buy expensive tool to install it. They recommended a different valve that didn't require the expensive tool and save me a TON of money. They are always there to help. I highly recommend this place.

I guess if I had the option I'd rate 4.9, only because sometimes when I have called, they're scheduling weeks out, but that's during peak RV season, and because they are good!! Twice now these folks have bailed me out on short notice. The first time was something really simple, but it was a weekend, and I was on my way out of town. They took care of me super quick. Today, on a Friday(!), my water pump died. They got me in within a couple hours, and fixed it (in a tight space and with a couple other complications) within another couple hours. Rates are a little less than the big chains in the area. Thank you, Bogart's!!

My RV broke down on the second day of my vacation outside of Las Cruces. Bogart’s was the only RV repair shop in town that could even see it within a two month time frame. They were kind enough to let me stay in the RV on their property while I made arrangements for the rest of my vacation. They were thorough when explaining the issue with my engine and were more than willing to work with my warranty company. Upon picking it up they told me whenever I’m cruising through Las Cruces to swing by and say Hi. This is a family run small business and they treat you like family!!

Supposebly fixed my water heater, still doesnt work. Didnt check on it for a couple days after repair. When i checked the propane, water heater was on and there was obviously no water hooked up because i wasnt going to use it soon! Also i have two fresh water tanks. The 1 1/4" plastic hose was leaking between the tanks. Bogarts wanted 200+ to change a fully exposed 18" plastic hose! I told them i would do it myself! 8 bucks on ebay!!!! Its been several months since Bogart's worked on my rv so i know i have no recourse, but i will never take anything to them again and i will tell anyone who will listen not to!!!!!!!!
