First time there! Great experience. Fast and thorough on what was going on with my car and what needed to be done and if I wanted to add it. Pricing was upfront and in and out quick. Went to Walmart last time and have heard some bad things about them. They forgot to give me my sticker and couldn’t remember when I was last there or when to get it changed again. Jiffy made sure everything was set. Will go back again for an oil change and other services! And Manager (I’m assuming) was very kind and nice and patient and helped everyone accordingly. Customers seemed pleased waiting.

Starting with the manager. Who came out to great me. He made me feel very welcome and had my car already registered in his system. Asked me if I wanted the same service and I agreed. I went here to get two chips in my windshield fixed. Everyone working was very nice and friendly. They were decently busy but still got the job done in about 30 minutes. It was also raining a lot, so they were really kind and drove my car up to the door for me so I didn’t have to walk in the rain.
