AAMCO of Las Cruces worked on my 79 Chevy K10. My truck’s transmission was leaking fluid from the shift lever and the transmission fluid oil pan. They fixed both and they also found two different areas where my truck was leaking motor oil and they fixed both of them as well. The staff was courteous. I would recommend this shop.

Kaitlin and Pat were very kind to me. I brought my Nissan Rogue there because I was concerned about the transmission. Better late than never!! But to make a terrible long story short. I went through a WAR with Firestone and Peboys because that's what is recommended for Silverrock insurance when you get a car through Carvana. By the time I made it to Aamco, after 4 to 5 brutal weeks of nothing but bad news and a complete beat down, Katelyn and Dean were my Knights in shining armor. Not only did they respond to my sad story with genuine sincerity but they made progress finally happen. Katelyn did all the communication with silverrock insurance and communicated every step of the way. My little car is finally running without a check engine light on and every time I sit down in it to pack my little boy around from school to baseball practice, I have a special place in my heart for how unbelievably well they took care of me 💛 Shout you to guys and Unreasonable Hospitality

Haven't had any work done yet, just calling to check and usually customer service is amazing. I wanted to ask if you guys a question. I'm trying to get a 84 firebird trans am worked on although I cant register it until it runs so the DMV can check it out. Can I bring just the carburetor? I was told yes previously and today I called and was going to bring the carb and was told not to unless its attached to the rest of the vehicle which I can't do till its registered. Thank you for your time and patience :)

This place is a joke! I took my Mercedes Benz they kept it for a week charged me a little over 2,000 just to give it back to me the same way I brought it in. All I wanted was a tune up & oil change. But they added all kinds of unnecessary charges & I doubt they even did what they said they did to car. Seems like a bunch of scammers.. PLEASE DO YOURSELF a favor & go somewhere else. And they have horrible customer service I walked in and the the man behind the desk was just chatting with another man didn’t recognize I was even standing there. And just kept talking. I call to see what they can do to fix it and of course they want to take it & look at it & charge me more money.. my friend took her car there & they wrecked it. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I had an excellent experience at AAMCO in Las Cruces. My daughter and I were traveling from San Diego to Dallas when our check engine light came on unexpectedly. We searched for nearby repair shops and recognized the AAMCO name, so we decided to stop in. Pat and Katelin assisted us immediately and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. The repair was completed in record time, allowing us to continue our trip with peace of mind. I would also like to thank the technician who performed the repair, though I unfortunately did not catch his name. Pat went above and beyond by offering to drive us to a nearby restaurant while the vehicle was being serviced, which was greatly appreciated. I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness shown by the entire team. I highly recommend AAMCO in Las Cruces.

Very unsatisfied with there service I get my car back and it had a dent on the left side tire on the driver side. Got my car towed over there of possibly transmission issues! They want to charge me 8 thousand to get it fixed if I agreed and before they inspected it I had to agree to pay 2 thousand 7 hundred that is outrageous. I try to explain that my car can still reverse and drive and has no check engine light but hesitate to change to second and third gear but still does change. They are blaming the tow truck driver that they did the damage. Very unsatisfied with there service I feel that they see a woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles and just want to take advantage of the situation
