I had problems with front end shimmy on my Ford F350 Super Duty and figured it was the rotors; Twisted Wrenches did the work and discovered a problem with a tire (which they don't sell) suggested a cost savings and took care of the entire effort at very reasonable cost and I know they saved me money. BTW, I grew up with a diesel engineer and after talking to the owner would trust him with any engine work.

Rudy at Twisted Wrenches got an oiling situation done on my Hot Rod diesel. At the sametime found an intake pipe disconnected, not good of it stayed wide open. He noticed it and got it back together. Everything was checked out... No problems were noticed. Whew! Checked it on his computer 1 more time, everything A-OK. Bam! I paid the extremely reasonable cost of repair and man, I was off and racing around again! Thanks again guys!

DONT TRUST RUDY TARIN AT TWISTED RENCHES. Very unprofessional. I took my car to get checked. Dropped my car off in the AM to check for my TSC light is on then got called later afternoon noon for pick up. I showed up an he said let's go to the office. He collected the cash right away obviously but he missed placed my keys. I was standing out there for 2 hours with my kids. I even had to call a locksmith to open my car and get teady to tow it home. He came out an said it happens but he can't do nothing till tomorrow because I already called a locksmith. That's a lie 479,839,83 locksmiths in Las Cruces an he couldn't get noone. I told him this switch was not like this when I left the car. He started cussing infant of my kids and yelling. There was model bottles laying around an very unprofessional. He said he has a lot of money & takes his customers money.

Rudy is one of the most reasonable and honest mechanics in town , he does quality work at the most reasonable prices I could find in or around this area . He Put of performance parts on my 2010 Ford F-250 .I also take him all my vehicles including all my families .We can always count on him to give the best price and get the job done right . We will continue to have him work on all our vehicles , he has done everything from brakes ,to exhaust ,new radiators , diagnosis of many of our old vehicles and has even worked on my Yamaha and Harley Davidson motorcycle 🏍, It's hard to find a mechanic that is honest in this town and Rudy is as best as it gets !!!

I was traveling from NC to AZ in a diesel Ford F-450 and had my turbo blow in Las Cruces on a Sunday afternoon . The tow driver, Ray, recommended I call Rudy at Twisted Wrenches. Rudy drove out to the hotel to diagnose my truck first thing Monday morning. It was determined that it was definitely the turbo and by evening the part was ordered. Tuesday before noon the truck was repaired and Rudy brought it back to my hotel. I was in a real bind when my vehicle broke down. Rudy went way out of his way to help me. He actually came to my hotel to look at my truck and then delivered it to me after the work was complete. I don’t believe I’ve ever had such customer service. Rudy and his employees were courteous, kind and efficient. I even learned a thing or two about how to take better care of my Diesel engine.

Talked to the owner on the 6th of may about my trucks issues and let him know I was having it towed to his shop and what the issue was. After a week of waiting he contacted me to tell me that the issue was in fact what I said it was and that he was sourcing the parts to fix it. After waiting a week I hear back again that he can’t get the parts for as cheap as I can so I should go ahead and order the parts. The parts took 30 minutes to install and because I couldn’t waste another month to get my truck back I went down (an hour away) to put the parts on and bring the truck home. When I arrived to let him know what I was doing he very rudely told me that I would not be doing that in his parking lot. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. It took days to get any kind of reply when inquiring about the status. I will take my truck to Raven from now on.

As a young girl with her dad out of town and with no help I was scared to get ripped off because Im woman and young but Rudy was very helpful and honest, I knew my car was in good hands and it drives even better than before! He replaced my power steering pump. The prices were also very reasonable.

Took my Ford F350 to fix some issues I kno it had quite a bit of problems so he addressed the problems and got them fixed, well truck started leaking oil after 1 week of getting it back, so I took it back to him he addressed some other issues and kept my truck for over 1 month to fix the new problems, he said it wasn’t leaking oil any more, but that’s only because truck had no oil, so when I got it back I put oil in it and when I got home I checked under the truck and it was all full of oil and check engine light turned on as well that did not have it on when I dropped it off, now I’m calling him to let him know, and he won’t answer my calls or call me back! Not happy with work done especially when I paid him cash for all work done!

I am writing this review as in all my years of dealing with auto repairs and fees....this is the first time I have not had a bad feeling....I knew we paid for an AMAZING MECHANIC....my partner is sick with a rare lung disease waiting on a lung transplant....a week after our vehicle had almost the entire fuel system replaced....it broke down and would not start....we had only used Rudy that one time the week before.....we knew something else in the fuel system could go as the vehicle sat 6 years....I messaged him we were broke down...this man dropped everything and came to us in a parking lot...found the problem...arranged for an inexpensive tow...and ordered our part before I knew what was going on....he left....only to call back...you see we live in Chaparral... almost 40 minutes away....and we're stranded...Rudy calls back ..and comes and gets our entire family and drove us home....not only was he an AMAZING MECHANIC.. PATIENT ON PAYMENT....BUT HE DROVE A DIEING MAN TO SAFETY AND HOME....RUDY YOU ARE A STAND UP GUY....I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH....YOU HAVE US AS LIFE TIME CUSTOMERS....YOUR MOM AND WIFE SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOU...YOU ARE A GOOD MAN

Please do NOT trust this "mechanic" especially if you are a woman. He ripped me off for over $2,000 and kept my car for over a year!!! I got my car back that needed a new engine went to another mechanic and had it fixed within two months. We found out the air conditioning unit was no longer working which it was before we took it to twisted wrenches. The Communication was horrific I could never get any responses on what was going on with my car. In the end not only did I lose $2000 now I'm having to pay more to get the air conditioner fixed. This person cannot be trusted.
