Absolutely thrilled with their honesty and professionalism. Even though my warranty was 15 days past they still did not bill me for a part that just went bad. The only thing that's better than their service is their integrity! Hands down the best place to take your vehicle for transmission repair in the entirety of New Mexico!

Avoid this place for vehicle repairs. They falsely claimed my transmission needed rebuilding, which would have cost me a fortune. Additionally, they performed unauthorized work and overcharged me. When I addressed the issue, I was met with profanity and name-calling. To make matters worse, my vehicle was returned with significant, deep scratches on the leather seats. This establishment offers dreadful service, resulting in a terrible experience and a complete rip-off.

(edit)My son tried TIRELESSLY to contact you but you avoid us and hide behind a restricted number! Liar! Just a downright liar! Lying to an elderly disabled woman and lying to the internet. I can't believe these criminals! They took my son's car to repair, then TOTALED the car! And they won't refund the $3000 we gave them. We are currently suing them so hopefully they won't be open much longer.

Had my car for about three months, constantly lied to me about its status, ended up doing a couple thousand dollars of damage to the vehicle, but at least they didn't charge me. I probably should have sued them, but they had already consumed so much of my time I just wanted to be done with them. Do not trust them.

I have had three transmissions rebuilt here and had great results with all three. Two of them were years ago and never had a problem after the rebuild. The most recent was april of 24 and other than a bad o ring that needed to be replaced to stop a small leak after the rebuild its been good to go.

My wife and I were driving to Green Valley, AZ from Naperville, Illinois when are transmission broke down in Socorro, NM in May this year. We let a shop in Socorro replace the transmission, but the machanic didn't tighten the transmission plug and 45 minutes later were needed anither tow. This is when we had the pleasure to meet Carl Cash, owner of the Transmission Warehouse & Auto. Carls staff determined that there was no damage and they installed a new a plug and 5 quarts of transmission fluid for $70.40. This is an honest shop and I say anyone who is looking for transmission work, go see Carl.

Went looking for a seal and o-ring for my transmission. Called one shop here in Las Cruces ( nationwide chain ) and was told they do no carry parts and referred me a shop in El Paso. Called Transmission Warehouse. They asked if I could bring my old parts in and they would try and match them. When I got there, they took the part and installed the new seal and o-ring while I waited. I appreciate that they took the time to find the parts I needed and I was on my way in no time.

Unfortunately, my son's trucks have been to Transmission warehouse a couple of times. A couple of check-ups on the transmission, a prior shop had forgot some steps. James and his staff took care of the issue quickly. Twice in the last couple of months (not because of anything they did or failed to do) had the truck there to remove and replace a new transmission (purchased from another source). The new transmission failed in less than a month, Transmission warehouse removed it and re-installed the repaired one. It was done quickly (as soon as the trans was received by them). James kept us updated on the progress.

They replaced my transmission cv axle seals. Days later, one of those failed causing all fluid to leak out. At first the daughter said they "would make it good", later her father said that it was full of fluid when they reviewed it. When I asked him to make it good, he told me to take leave. I was never rude or disrespectful but simply stated the truth, it had leaked all fluid out just 15 milles out of Albuquerque, leaving me stranded. Update, I finally found another transmission and when I started removing the bad one I noticed that the area around one of the seals they put in was very clean compared to the other side they also replaced. I suspect it was the source of the leak. On removal I saw that the spring on the seal was out of place and that caused the leak as it made the seal ineffective. I believe this was due to incorrect installation of the cv axle and or seal.

Very professional staff at a great price. I had the transmission and clutch replaced on my 5 speed 1992 f150 that I used to ride around in with my dad. They took great care of it and were very clear on every part they were going need to replace and told me before hand the price and asked if I'd like them to do it before they charged me. I highly recommend this shop the workers inside are extremely helpful and professional.

— Transmission Warehouse Failed My Car and My Trust Transmission Warehouse repeatedly failed to repair my vehicle properly, causing additional problems with damage. Despite multiple chances, they could not deliver competent service. On the third time back was for a factory re-man transmission and they still failed. I finally had to go to another mechanic which fixed what transmission warehouse could not! I will never return to this business and strongly caution others to avoid them. ---

James and his crew are great. James opened up his shop even when it wasn't open to talk to me and listen to what I thought my problem was and told me to bring it back when I could so that he can run a diagnostic test on my truck. I did that and he found the cause was not with the transmission and gave me the specific codes to get my truck fixed and didn't charge me anything. It is great that there are still very honest people in this world and James and his crew are exactly that. James was just as concerned as I was about my truck and pointed me in the right direction I will never forget my great experience there and would recommend going there to anyone!!
