I made the mistake of asking for an in and out when I really needed a light detail/interior clean. The staff was friendly and communicative and made sure that I understood everything I needed to make the most informed decision. I paid a little bit more than the $50 I planned on spending, but my car is clean & passes the white glove test that I was taught to despise in the military :-)

They do a great job called in , they got me right in did a great job mind you I brought a big truck. Everything done with a smile great service even took my wife's car there they took the time to do it right on both my vehicle's. Deffnetly no complaints. I can be very particular about my cars. Manager has great customer service skills.

Not even worth my time to write a review about this company. Never had a worse job. Just spent an hour trying to wipe off some sticky stuff they coated the interior with. Going to have to put a sheet over my seat so I don't ruin my drees clothes sitting in my car. Owner said he called the police on me because I would not pay up front and the service had started. Said he did not trust me at which point I realized what I was dealing with. Did not even know me. The Police, really??? I asked the girl doing the job where the police were and she said she called them off. I wish they had come. Must be their typical scare tactic. I have the text from him so I will see him in small claims court. Understand he was doing my Mercedes in front of my San Marco home. I am going to have to get it done over by a professional company this week. Did not get the hand wax I was supposed to get. Owner is smooth talking. Hope he pays taxes on the cash I had to use as payment. No other payment option as listed on the website. Hello IRS, might want to check out this operation. Will be interested in why the BBB calls his operation accredited. RUN PEOPLE!

I pulled up to PitSpeed with stubborn tree sap spots all over my car, but they got me right! My car looks good. All of the staff was super friendly, and customer service was A1. I’ll be back soon to get the interior done.

Unfortunately I had gotten tar on my brand new car from a truck I was frustrated at the time because it was extremely hard to get off. I was greeted soon as I came and Cleyton did a amazing job on my car when he was done it look like the incident never happened I’m extremely grateful for it and deftly will be back in the future.

Had an appointment on Friday at 10am mobile detail. Booked it over a week in advance. Friday came they were not here at 10am. Had to text to find out if they were still coming. Owner texted back said they were running late but on the way. An hour later I received a text saying they had a flat tire and need to reschedule. I was highly disappointed I had cleared my day to get this done. Won't go there for a detail ever. But on the other hand they do a great job on tint love his work.

I was in need of a new car detailer. I read many Google reviews regarding PitStop, they were so varied but I decided to give them a try anyway and I'm so glad I did. When I arrived the staff greeted me and was friendly. I asked what their services included and prices. They gave me a run down of each and I chose the In and Out but opted for a deeper inside clean which of course cost a little more. My experience was totally worth the price and service I received. Lydia detailed my car and she was thorough and did a great job especially since they were so busy that day. It was a longer wait than I expect is normal because they were understaffed for the amount of cars in line but I will be visiting them again. Great job everyone. I appreciate you and love how my car looks. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Duke and the gang did an amazing job on my car with a wash and wax. I am very pleased with the results, and will be taking the car back for them to do the inside next. Took just over an hour I think for the wash and hand wax, but well worth it for the end results. I might have to have them down to do my Boat.

I sent my younger cousin on Sunday to get my car detailed he found this place which is not too far from where we live. Once he arrived he called me and I spoke with a young lady who explained that In-N-Out detailing will be $45 which I felt was a little pricey however I just did interior because it was raining all that day which was $30. When I actually got in my car I noticed that too newly purchased air freshener clips were no longer on my vents. I inspected the flooring of the vehicle which was definitely half vacuumed after pushing my driver seat back I noticed there was so much trash and debris that wasn’t even touched the gearshift was dusty and not cleaned etc. etc. I was very disappointed! I had explained to the young lady I just bought the car used and that it need a very thorough detailing. Apparently they did not understand the assignment and told my cousin that she could not tell him what happened to my air fresheners newly bought. Oh lastly he was there over an hour and my car was still have cleaned.

This is my personal experience and others experience as well. This store is horrible i live a few blocks from the store and i go there all the time but they have bad attitudes and the owner see this and does nothing he flirts with all his female workers who work inside the store i have witnessed him and another female worker flirting while im waiting at the window for service. They also change the prices of there goods to be more expensive. on one occasion there was a lady with dreads who still works there who was calling people out of there name at the window. Also one time i gave them a 5 for some cookies and they couldn't give me my change back because they where "LOW" on change when the customer in front of me gave them change. The way they talk to customers and how they carry themselves as a business but a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS AT THAT they should have more decorum and they should watch how they talk to and or around there customers i have witnessed on countless occasions where there will be no one up there at night with those young girls there are up there by themselves ALL NIGHT UNTIL THE STORE CLOSES NO MEN NO SECURITY NOTHING. The owners mother is also a problem she is ver rude i haven't seen her up there in a while but she is also a key factor of why im writing this review. But thats not all the lady with the dreads who goes by k was DRUNK AND HIGH ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHILE THERE WAS CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE AND SHE WAS CURSING AND CARRYING ON LIKE IT WAS ANOTHER FRIDAY NIGHT i thought this was a PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS though?🤔. This isn't all i have so much more to share and i will be calling the BBB on them. So to anyone who wants to get there car cleand or detailed or tinted dont because i can guarantee you will find problems with there work and dont think while you waiting if you have some money to buy some because they are EXPENSIVE. They love to threaten you with calling the police but stand your ground dont let them scare you and please everyone record if you see anything wrong with you vehicle or if you experience horrible service. I WILL BE WRITING MORE REVIEWS. SO PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES/OWNERS. Thank you 🙏

My window tint was peeling so I called around to see about getting it replaced and also darker and Pit Speed gave the best prices and was able to see me the next day. Decided to get my carpets shampooed too cuz kids make messes. I’m undecided on a monthly maintenance plan, but it’s good to know that I’ve got the option to prepay. Gift cards would be nice for the holidays too! The owner is delightful and WiWi is the sweetest thing ever. Thanks again for getting me and my car right 💜
