Decided to try this dealership after previous bad experiences with another shady Hyundai dealership. Wish I had switched sooner! Came here for routine service and it could not have been a better experience. They were quick and friendly. Did not try to upsell me a bunch of unneeded maintenance. And the one recommendation they did make cost me less than half of what the other dealership was going to charge! Waiting area was beautiful - clean, comfortable, and plenty of drinks/snacks. Service advisor Branden was great! Thanks for a great first experience - I will definitely be back!

Brought in Ioniq5 because of an instance of it becoming unresponsive and the 12V battery had to be jumped. The testing concluded the 12V battery was fine and it's still a mystery what happened and what caused the car to be unresponsive to the key and app (leaving me stranded). Not great by any means but also not something I can hold against the technician, as it appears they've done everything they can to try and diagnose the situation. The experience overall was pretty frustrating and mainly driven by the lack of responsiveness by the person who checked be in and became my main point of contact. Upon checking in, they sent me a text message which seems to be the preferred method of communication. All good from my end... except each time I reached out, it took HOURS to hear back. I dropped off the car at 11am and the first update and response I received was at 5pm letting me know the technician wanted to keep the car overnight...and they didn't have a loaner. So, it was on me to scramble to figure out the next working/school day without a car, although that notice should've come shortly after the car was checked in. Thankfully,we figured things out and my contact committed to getting me an answer as soon as possible the following day. That ASAP turned out to be 1pm the following day. Perhaps my prior fantastic experience at other places skewed my perspective, but this one time experience with the Planet Hyundai service center left much to be desired.

I’m happy they found the problem quick and got it fixed within a week, they didn’t have any rental cars so that was a bummer to get around, but I love that they’re nice and they had a payment plan for when things get really really expensive and I really appreciate that. Overall good work, I would come back for my car needs

I think the staff works hard and they are helpful and courteous. They fought for me with Hyundai and got a very expensive fix corrected under warranty. They gave me a loaner car after a week when it became clear that things were going to take a long time. You all should pay them more. That said, this is a very very busy dealership and they are grossly understaffed. I have an EV and the trained EV techs are only in maybe 3 days a week. It took them 3 weeks to get my car fixed. It was also very difficult to get updates about the car.

I was very disappointed with both the lack of communication and speed of returning any calls. I brought my car in for an estimate on a Friday, and was told it would take 24 hours to hear back. Not only did I not get an estimate on Saturday, they held my car over the weekend and got back to me late Tuesday, only after several call to the manager. I brought my car in for an estimate; and was simply told my car was ready, without ever calling to give me more information. They “fixed” the issue for free, but didn’t actually repair it. Because it’s a lease, I’m now concerned about lease return issues.

It took one for a week to get it under warranty battery replaced in our car. Part of the reason why we switched from Honda to Hyundai with the purchase of this 2024 Kona was supposedly a better warranty system all around the car This is the second battery that had gone bad within the Less than 24 months that we have owned the car Only after I called Hyundai USA did Planet Honda put the replacement battery in our car on the seventh day that they We dropped the car off on a Friday night and I understood that they were busy on Saturday Monday I came to check on the car to see what work was being done only to find it still in the lot And the Hyundai associate realized that we were locked out because there was no steel key We brought the steel key back Monday night, gave it to the showroom manager because the service department was closed On Thursday, I found it the way they got into the car on Tuesday was they broke into the car even though the showroom manager still had the key To say the least, we are pleased that we got the battery replaced seven days later on Friday Beyond that I don’t have anything good to say about Planet Hyundai service at this time

This review is based solely on their customer care(or lack of) I had a Monday 7:30 am spot, dropped it off the night before. It was moved at 7:30 to the parking lot but not checked in. Got a notice that I’d missed my appt so I called. Asked to have my advisor call me. Nothing til later afternoon. Was told it’d be 24-48 hrs for a diagnostic on it. Told Tuesday that their tech was looking at it and would hear shortly-but my car hadn’t moved. Called Wednesday morning…..no return call til late Wednesday afternoon-they admitted it hadn’t been looked at yet. No loaners available….sorry, (not sorry)they said. So my car was finally looked at Friday afternoon-not fixed yet, just looked at. The only time I felt like they cared at all is when it came time for this review. Worst care I have ever experienced in all my driving years.

Three weeks after purchase, I had to take my new car in for a problem with the seatbelt sensor. The Service Department had it for a bit over a week. They returned it to me in filthy condition on the outside. They claimed they didn't realize it was so dirty and then said it was "static buildup of dirt". They would not even pay $15 for me to wash it. They merely offered $10 off my next service with them. There won't be a "next service" with them after this. I drove this car for 3 weeks prior to bringing it in for service and this "static buildup of dirt" didn't happen. I'd pass on these folks. The pics here show that they left it outside where a bunch of dirty leaves fell on it. They are indifferent. Still have not received a call from the Department Manager that I requested.

I kindly asked for my leased car to be washed after the tires were rotated. I waited an hour. And much to my dismay, I received the car back unwashed. Very disappointing!!! It was a nice temperature day too. No valid reason was given why it wasn't washed (ie too cold... false!). Good service... No 👎

Good service rep, Riley and likely techs, only saw on video. Very honest as far as my homework and their response along with action and results. The work performance can't be noted but im sure it is standard or above. Had car for 4 full days. This is unacceptable but times have changed and didn't want the argument. The price is what you expect from a dealer. But we have car w known issues. Best to have them perform.

Well here's the whole story, I recently purchased a 2025 hyundai elantra hybrid. It had just over 400 miles on the odometer. I left work and almost immediately the car shut down. It was towed to this location. This happened on 11/20/2025 around 11 pm, the next morning I received a call the service department. The technician(s) weren't exactly quick with updates or actual repairs. I finally got my car back and found used oil had spotted the passenger side of my car. There were grease smudges inside on white leather.the seat belt receiver in the back is now wedged under the seat. I felt like I had picked up a used car when they finished, and no one could tell me why or what happened to a brand new vehicle. I took pictures of the major issues and contacted the service manager, I'm not sure what will happen but I'll never go to this place again. If you can't even spray off the car as a courtesy that's poor customer service. As a former mechanic I would have been written up for any of these issues. It really doesn't take much effort to do your job. I don't blame the technician(s), their supervisors should have caught all of these and had them corrected. There is no reason that I should have to pay for more cleaning supplies or waste my time on this. I know it seems like a minor issue but it's also not my responsibility to clean up after people in my own car. I would have happily waited another day if it was in pristine condition but it was well short of that.
