Jesse and Kris did an amazing job removing the hail damage from the spring storm in Indian Hills. The whole process was super easy, from estimate to finish. Jesse met me at the car rental and made sure everything was taken care of on that end, and even washed, vacuumed and cleaned the upholstery on one of my seats. My car looks brand new again! Kris and Jesse repaired a large dent in the back right side of our 07 4Runner after I got stuck in our mountain driveway with too much snow melt and did a quick reverse into a mud bank. The dent was slightly left of the tail light and the entire job took about twenty minutes! They were very knowledgeable, efficient and seemed to genuinely enjoy making cars look new again. They're good people. I would 100% go back, and 100% recommend them to anyone. I also appreciate that they were welcoming and down-to-earth, while still being professional.

My experience with major hail damage through wild West was excellent. Jesse was professional and sincere. Conventional repairs had to be done to replace my hood and the top of my sequoia and PDR was performed on almost every other part of the car and the communication between the two shops was handled well by Jesse. Overall, my car looks good and the experience Was far better than it has been in the past with similar hail damage in Colorado.

Stopped by last Tues (2/10). Kris looked over my '94 Ford Probe and set an appt for Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon I picked up my car and - UNBELIEVABLE. You could no longer see the hail - and couple of other - dents. More than a dozen dings had just disappeared. My 30 year old car had certainly had it's bumps and bruises. I was very satisfied with the improvement !!! The dentist should be so painless ;-)
