He cleared up my foggy head lights on my 2014 Subaru at no extra cost while getting some other work done to the vehicle. I’m a returning Jeep customer and I’ve had an oil change scheduled for weeks. I was sick on the date of my scheduled oil change last week, so I rescheduled through their online appt scheduling system. After taking the morning off of work, I showed up 15 mins early for my oil change today only to find out the following: 1. They no longer service anything but Subaru/Honda/Toyota 2. They no longer have techs working everyday, so even if they still offered service for domestic cars, they had no one there to do it, only 1 person working the desk. 3. Their scheduling software did not alert the scheduler to my scheduling change, and even though it was confirmed by their system, they actually had no idea I was coming in today. 4. Their system keeps emailing/texting me that I need to get my Jeep in for scheduled service even though they stopped servicing domestic vehicles. Basically, it seems like its under new ownership or management, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, and its probably time you found a different shop if you drive anything except Subaru or Honda. Its a shame, this was such a great shop. RIP, they were excellent outside of this snafu.

Greg is a true professional and it is so great to have an auto mechanic and team of experts that I can trust! My 08 rav with 200K miles on it was rattling and shaking. Had to cancel a couple of appointments and I was praying every time I drove it until I could finally bring it to the shop. Two new rotors later and I can put my rosary beads back in their case until my next crisis. The Ravinator is back to driving like a dream and my daily commute from Conifer to downtown Denver is no longer a white-knuckle adventure. As a widow who has survived the sixties twice, I greatly appreciate the concern for customers and the good old-fashioned focus on service I get from this shop. I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you for being there for me!

Hands down, the most honest, knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ever worked with. They don’t just do routine maintenance based on the car’s mileage like most dealers. They actually check the car to see what it really needs & don’t do unnecessary work & charge for it. My car needed some recall work done that I had go to the deal for. The dealer told me it needed like 5 other services, so I took it to Greg - turns out it needed only 1 & it needed other services they missed. Saved me $$$. More recently, they checked out my car recently & discovered the work it needed would be under warranty if I took it to the dealer & didn’t charge me for their time. They go above & beyond in other ways too. I was out of town when my check engine light came on. I called Greg at Advanced & he told me to get the computer code read at a local auto part store & then call him back with the code to see if the car was still drivable. It was, saving me money & worry I wasn’t going to get stuck on the side of the road trying to get back to Golden. I trust them 110% to do a great job and not overcharge.

I spoke to Greg on the phone. He said 100% he could do a prepurchase inspection for me at 12. I showed up after an hour drive and he said "Sorry, I had a fleet customer come in for a brake job and I wont be able to do your inspection. So sorry." Customer service? He has no clue what it means.

My father purchased a car for me and this company charged us nearly $6,000 in repairs which was almost the worth of the car. Within the first few months, it became clear that for these thousands of dollars we spent, many of the repairs were not even completed. Specifically, we took the car to BigOTires, where we took pictures of the bearings, where pieces were missing (pictures shown below). Because I was sick at the time and it expensive, so we were unable to take them to court. Nothing came of this wrong doing and now it's likely too late. So I offer a review so that others know what we faced. It really broke my dad's heart, after trying to do such a nice thing, and then being taken advantage of like that. edit: This is in response to the response. These pictures were taken at BigOTires, who fixed the car, which is now working as expected, so I'm not sure what is intended by saying this picture isn't possible. Also, we did call several times. In fact, we even attempted to get a 3rd party involved. No one returned calls or voicemail.

I truly felt supported by Greg and his team with my jeep problems. My engine had overheated and even on the phone Greg tried to advice me on how to best proceed and what the issues may be. They checked my car as best they could and helped me on my way. Very forthcoming and fair about pricing and timelines.
