Great mechanic unfortunately not so great desk staff, wasted my time and money coming here even after explaining my situation they tried to do the same thing and charge me for parts instead of go with warranty to get more out of the repair when they could have just did their due diligence and made what they needed from working. Would only recommend for the mechanic’s knowledge and trustworthy work. Otherwise they definitely wasted my time and theirs and honestly stole 90$ for looking my car over just to try and go around the warranty anyway and charge me for parts like the dealer literally after explaining otp and in person of this. To which all in the end for me to have the pleasure of hearing their snarky front desk lady explaining how “cars cost money” to me after questioning why it would seem the warranty covered parts were not “up to their standard”. Very professional and completely useless. If your warranty doesn’t pay for the best parts on the market like they’d like just go somewhere that will. Don’t let lazy business people claiming they aren’t money grubby tell you to pay more for things that are already covered and try to dissuade you from other options that would benefit you just to make a couple hundred bucks.

Out of town traveler and the team at Euro-tech was nothing short of professional and excellent! Made a very difficult and stressful situation of car trouble while on vacation as tolerable as could be hoped for. Becky was super responsive and a great listener as well as provider of information. Tyler was awesome to deal with and explained what needed to be done to safely get the car back on the road. Definitely feels like we were being looked out for and wish I had as reliable and excellent shop local to me to deal with. 100% recommend and don't even think about looking elsewhere for service of your BMW! We cannot thank him & the Euro-Tech staff (Hi Becky!!) enough for their wonderful and professional help they provided to us as we were getting ready to purchase my son’s new (to him) Mercedes C63 AMG. Tyler performed our pre-purchase inspection & was extremely thorough and walked us through the whole process. His knowledge and experience was beyond appreciated. Euro-Tech was amazing. I had my car packed with all my life's belongings and was driving across the country when my car alerted me to an issue on the 70. When everyone else told me i'd have to wait all week Euro-Tech was kind enough to take a look and helped get me back on the road right away (water pump issue). The kindness, compassion, and timely care to get my car back on the road same day was unbelievably helpful. Tyler was amazing with the maintenance and Becky up front helped communicate everything and calm me in my panicked state. Would most certainly recommend.

We used EuroTech 10 years ago for an A6 we had and they were great....since then we moved to the mountains and recently had issues with a Q7. Our local shop said take it to the dealer, which we did. They came back with $7,000 to fix what it needed and a $12,000 to do everything that was an issue. Without hesitation we called EuroTech (we should have started there). They got us in on short notice did the repairs that were $7,000 from the dealer for under $3,000. They were also amazing about working with our schedule as were passing through while traveling. They were soooo much easier to work with than any of our local mechanics or the dealership. Thanks Becky and the EuroTech team....even though we are over an hour away you are once again our go to mechanic for our Audi. We will see you again!
