If you’re tired of being overcharged and told you needed superfluous services, this is the shop for you. Anthony and Chris are great! They’re very helpful with any service questions and breaking down what needs to get done or what can wait until next time. I don’t know a thing and could easily be upsold in the interest of better maintaining my car, but no worries of that here. Great prices, and even better service!

Even though I don’t know much about cars they give me a fair price and take the time to explain everything to me clearly. I used to go to the Honda dealership before but they gave me inaccurate diagnostics, charged me more for services, and overall were dishonest. I have been very happy with twisted wrench since I switched to them a few years ago. The only issue I’ve had is that my car will sometimes smell faintly of cigarettes when I get it back. To me though that’s worth having an affordable garage I feel I can trust without having to send my dad to talk to them on my behalf.

I highly recommend Twisted Wrench! I've brought my car in multiple times, and every visit has been a great experience. Most recently, I had a complicated issue, and Chris was able to diagnose and fix it right away—had me in and out in under an hour. Excellent service, honest work, and fast turnaround every time! Just about the only highly rated shop in town that offered to get me in same-day for an oil change.. and at an amazing price for full synthetic. Chris was super helpful and thorough, asked about concerns with the vehicle and addressed those, but didn’t push any other services. *update: Went to place new battery later the same day and popped my hood to find the engine oil cap (fortunately still there) sitting on the front of the engine bay.. This is why I’m scared to use a Groupon for services. They do have a sign that says good service ain’t cheap and cheap service ain’t good, so makes sense

I called on Tuesday after I got a sporadic and concerning noise near the rear breaks in my (old) car, dropped the car off on Thursday and by 10a they called to tell me it was an easy fix, they’d already did it, and they weren’t going to charge me. They also let me know my front breaks would probably need some work in about 1k miles. Communication was great, they were very nice, quick, and transparent. I will 100% be coming back for everything and anything my car needs as well as referring others.

Our 2016 Pilot's A/C went out, and we were used to taking it to Planet Honda. Our previous visits had seemed relatively expensive, but we were getting A LOT of work done, so we didn't think much of it. When we were quoted $9800 for the A/C work, we looked elsewhere. Chris at Twisted Wrench was great to work with, responsive and open about times, and, most importantly, he fixed our A/C for only $1,200.
