The work on my car was good but didnt like how they quoted me one price and then the day of service said another. After I paid for the service he said that when I came back into town he would do another wash on my seats but when I called he said they were busy this week and would call me if he could fit me in. I never received a phone call and when I drove by there during business hours no one was there so obviously not that busy and to me even if you were busy you should still honor your word that is just good business. I was very disappointed not going there again

Took my car to Platinum Detailing thinking I was gonna have a good experience until I got my car back damaged and the owner refusing to pay. A couple weeks ago I got my car detailed for 250.00 pretty spendy but it was in need and it seemed fair. So a couple weeks go by and I get a oil change from my local place that also has vacuum's for free after oil change. After oil change I get in the back seats to check to see if it's dirty (free vacuum) and the first thing I notice is the scratches to the back seats. The scratches came from all the same thing, there identical in shape and diameter, and they were not there prior to detail. Tried to contact the owner all day during business hours but no answer. Finally I got ahold on him the next day and told him what I saw and brought the vehicle to him to show him the damage. He claim he didn't do it but wanted a weekend to think about what happen. After the weekend he called me and offered me not even a third of what it cause to repair the seats (slap in the face), I refused the money cause I'm not gonna pay for something I didn't do, and he blatantly refused to see all the evidence and just claimed that cause of time he's not gonna pay for it. My seats are jet black and I never would of noticed the damage from the front seat, only when I went in the back in the light could I see the damage that was done. So let's sum it up I paid 250.00 for some one to clean my car and 350.00 of damage to the seats. They LITERALLY got PAID to damage my car. DO NOT go to Platinum Detailing

It was an amazing experience. I took my car in for an exterior detail and it turned out way better than I ever expected. I had taken my car to Macco for a paint job and they asked me to get it detailed first to make it clear what I would need Macco to fix, so I took it to Platinum. Now, there’s only one or two(which Macco already told me I’d have to paint for sure) left, and there were scratches all over when I’d started. It looks so good I’ll probably just wait to paint it! Loved the service, very professional and friendly. Great experience!!!

We brought in a 2011 Toyota Rav4 that had a lot of road wear in the paint; lots of chips and spots from bugs that impregnated the paint. The polish work that Jason performed made it look terrific. I had cleaned the inside before I brought it in thinking they couldn't improve it much, I was very wrong there! Even the Toyota service tech commented on how good it looked when I brought it in for maintenance. I'd highly recommend Platinum Detailing to anyone wanting to make there car look great, I couldn't be happier with the results.

Amazing job on my 8 year old car feels like new now. Jason and his crew were respectful and professional. The interior was extremely dull (I'm guess from our fine Redding heat) and Jason had all the leather and Capet looking brand new. He also corrected some of the bigger scratches and cracks in the paint with custom paint that matched the car so well you can't even find it. The wax and chrome polish was so good my sister thought I had gotten a new car.

I can't believe my 11 year old Outback looks BRAND NEW again. My husband purchased a gift certificate for my birthday, I picked up my car yesterday and I am overjoyed with it, better than buying a new car! My cream leather seats look cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership, the carpets (which I never thought all the dog hair could be removed from) are so fresh and the cargo liner in the trunk is so shiny, I can't believe it. Took my Mustang there a few days ago and the results are fantastic. I tend to get my car a full detail once a year and a second wax job done a second time in the year (once going into Winter, another going into Summer). Having moved back to the Redding area recently, I had to find a new place to get this done, and Platinum Detailing had competitive pricing with where I used to take mine (a little more, but not much) and a super friendly demeanor so I gave them a chance. Glad I did! I'll be coming back to them twice a year, every year, to get my usual detail/wax job because of the excellent service and experience I had and the finished result speaks for itself.

I scheduled an appointment for my mom's car to get detailed after the previous owner of her car left a terrible heavy smoke smell inside and with my mom's asthma, I really wanted to get this done for her. I spoke with the owner and he was super friendly, professional, and worked with my mom's schedule to get her in and get her car done. He clearly communicated everything that would be done to her car and seemed to be very passionate about his job. I HIGHLY recommend this company because my mom was extremely satisfied with how her car turned out!!

I brought my black 2022 gmc 2500 to Platinum Detail and Jason and his team did a fantastic job! My truck had water spots and mineral deposits from hard water and when I got the truck back the paint was IMMACULATE! My truck looks better than it did on the show room floor. It’s now jet black and flawless. I would highly recommend Platinum detail. Jason was very thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
