Ive known Pablo for a very long time when he was at La cienega at another shop called Firestone he is a very nice and honest person he will tell you what is wrong and work with you to get your car working and ready to go!prices are reasonable and fair and wont take advantage of you like other shops do and most important he wont take advantage of us girls who most of us know nothing about cars,i recomend him always to people i know and family members as well...great customer service!

This is going to be a long one so stick with me. Me and my best friend were in California on vacation and were staying in Inglenwood at an Airbnb. We were schedule to have lunch with a friend of mine at 11 and left around 10 to drive over there. We came to a stop at an intersection where traffic was being directed by a construction worker. We probably waited about 10 minutes before it was finally our turn to go and the construction worker not only cleared my lane to go but also signaled another lane to go causing our car to be t-boned by an SUV. Everything seemed to be in working order for both cars as we were only going about five miles per hour but when we really started going, we discovered something was wrong with our wheel and tire. PMC Auto Repair was the closest auto shop to us and he took a quick look at our car. When we explained that we needed to leave in two days to travel back home to Colorado, they immediately told us to give them four hours and they will fix everything that needed to be fixed in order for us to travel three states over. I wanted to save making this review until we got home as a true testament to their and I was right. Our car made it home perfectly without us having to stop for any problem whatsoever. He quoted us a price and kept to it and he even told us that our insurance company called him and said it sounded like the insurance was going to pay. He truly made our troubles go away and we wouldn’t have made it home without him. He even had one of his employees drive us back to our air bnb and picked us up when our car was ready. My friend and I can’t thank this place enough. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I thought I needed brakes,car was making a squeaky noise,Pablo looked at my brakes and said you don't need brakes, so after putting the tires back on Rafael noticed the front driver wheel was wobbly so after further inspection my bearings were rusted Pablo called a few places before giving me a fair price of $320, he could have well put brakes on my car and then told me about this additional problem, but he is a truly honest good-hearted Man & mechanic which are rare to come by. It's all about the 🤑. I also had the opportunity to use his restroom facilities which were immaculate & ,smelled🥰 nice. I will definitely recommend Pablo to family & friends. God Bless you 🙏🏽

The man I spoke to was rude and shady. He didn't even look at my car, and was already giving me prices. He wanted me to leave my car, and when I told him I wanted to stay and wait he didn't seem happy about that. Like I said he was acting shady, so I left and went somewhere else.

Pablo was the absolute best. As someone who is new to LA and doesn’t have any known mechanics, I felt like he was very personable and looked into my best interest in what I needed. I've always had good dealings with PMC. My wife is a magnet for running over screws and nails so I've been here often. From tire patches, to brakes, to bringing in new tires to be mounted. Fair prices and quick service. Much better than the several hours it takes to do anything with the big name tire shops. Would recommend.
