My 2018 Rx350 was so dirty after a fishing trip, took my SUV to this car wash to get detailed and they did an amazing job cleaning my baby inside and out! I was so happy when I saw my baby looking brand new. I would definitely recommend this car wash because they definitely put love into the full service I received!!! The worker were awesome too. I will be back soon!

Not bad, could use a few improvements though. The wash was great, however in the interior the cup holders were not cleaned out (bummer). The gentlemen that wipes down the interior with armor-all used too much and didn't wipe off the excess so there were small globs on the center console and my steering wheel was super saturated (had to keep wiping my hands with papertowels due to it being so greasy). Will return for car wash. In response to owner's comment: I will get in contact with Don about oil tomorrow. Thank you

My car was in serious need of attention both inside and out. A few unsightly long scratches on the hood and in need of a shampoo, especially the driver's seat. I stopped in for an estimate and spoke to Tyler who assured that he could get the car looking good. I made an appointment and dropped off my car today and 4 hours later ( I left the car there and picked it up) the car was ready and looking better than I had hoped. Tyler did an excellent job and his customer service was also above and beyond. The price was fair and I was very pleased with the experience. I would definitely recommend Poinciana Car wash for their attention to detail - no pun intended!! Tyler, I will definitely be back to see you for upkeep. Keep up the great work.

Been getting my car cleaned here for 2 months but today was amazing. David did an awesome job giving my Mercedes a deep clean. Travel dust built up over 2 weeks of driving over 2,000 miles was erased in less than an hour. The service was amazing and he even suggested things I could do to get the inside back to that new car look. I love it and I'm so thankful.

Always a great wash even for the cheapest and since my last visit they added some k oh d if really great dryer brush type machine that drys the car better than the people do. Also it's always great to get unlimited vacuum time. Take an hour if you want there is. No charge unless you don't get a car wash. $8.00 is a very fair price for what I got. Thank you for being such a fair business to come to. I am.only sorry I am moving back to Pennsylvania in Sept. and will loose this really nice place to do business with. Gwen Willis

The value on their car wash packages is awesome. $5 for the barebones, though I selected the $12 wheel package (self vacuum) since I haven't washed my 2017 SUV since Nov 2019. Car came out great with the hand drying and wheel spray. Real nice; will go back there again

Bought 2 groupons for oil change and car wash since I'm new to Florida and was looking for a good bargain. I was very impressed. Oil change was quick and thorough, fluid top up and tire pressure check included. They did a really good job on the was my car interior is still shiny and smelly good after 3 days. No complaints see you next wash.

Great service! I accidentally left my windows down in the rain. My car received a good amount of water damage and smelled awful. I did a quick Google search and called up this place. The owner picked up right away and answered all my questions about the Shampoo service. He was helpful by telling me the full price ($95), amount of time (3 hours) and follow up (dry fan for mold prevention). I arrived and everything was actually what I expected 🙂 After grabbing a quick bite at Tatts and Tacos 🌮 I came back 3 hours later to my car spotless and smelling amazing! (Even left a tip)

I used to like this place. Their cheapest car wash including interior is now $40! The air conditioning inside is not working. They open at 8:00. At 8:45 the guy who does the interior hasn't arrived. If they didn't have my $40 I would leave. I am NEVER coming back here again! There is no excuse for this kind of service.

I own a ram 1500 limited that i love. Unfortunately the only place i have to park it on my property is under a tree. Recently circumstances caused me to leave it under said tree for half a year, and also a cat appeared to have dedicated quite frequently on my truck to the point I could not easily remove it. I brought in my truck and was helped by David. I was assured that they would be able to get my truck in good shape. We worked out a price I was happy with for the service and I dropped it off. When i got back to pick up my truck i couldn't believe it. It looked like showroom quality. Better than it looked when I left the dealer. The chrome was shining, the wax was perfect, all the tree sediment and cat droppings were were completely removed. Then I checked the inside. The detailing was spot on, and the leather and dashboard care didn't miss a spot. I will absolutely be back with my truck, and I'll be back with my fiance's car even sooner.

I drove up at 6 pm to do a quick wash...or so I thought. I purchased the $12 wheel deal which included tire dressing and buff dry on the signage. I inserted cash into the kiosk, 2 - 5 dollar bills and 2 singles and didn't receive a receipt. I hit the help button. There was 1 lone attendant working inside the car wash who came out to see if he could help reset the kiosk but was unsuccessful. After 15-20 minutes of chaos looking for someone who knew how to bypass it, which included a co-worker who did not speak or understand English but alleged that I didn't pay, the original attendant got permission by someone he called on his phone to let me through. He was very nice and apologetic, the co-worker...not so much. She disappeared immediately. I was disappointed that there was barely any soap that was dispensed when I finally got my car on the conveyor belt and the wash apparatus has seen much better days. The tires were sprayed with something but the sprayer missed large spots and the buff dry only did the hood and stopped. This experience really wasn't worth the money, time or effort.

DAVID IS AMAZING! He took very good care of my car by providing excellent service. He pays attention to detail and had my car looking like it’s brand new on the inside and out! I’m very thankful for the excellent seat shampooing he did and the clay wax he provided. It was a great deal and way better than the competitors. I won’t anywhere else anymore for a car wash. I found this location online through a search. It is around the corner from my house and had great reviews. It's so awesome to know the reviews were absolutely true! I just bought a new car and needed the car buffed and waxed. I spoke to David and he told me he'd take good car of me and the car. He was right! The job he did was awesome and completely worth the price. He got the job done in one day, and they were even willing to work with my work schedule on the pick up time. Super grateful to David and his team. They made a return customer out of me and I'll definitely be back for more work :) Thanks again!

I came here like 2 weeks ago, my first time and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. Their machine or car washed system messed up my car paint. The guy calls me over, points at the damage, and insists it was already there. Like, seriously? I know my car, and it wasn't looking like a hot mess when I drove here. I didn't want to get into a full-blown argument, but to top it off, I spot the same black spots on the other side of my white car. What's up with that? And get this, he has the nerve to ask for an extra 30 bucks to fix it with some polish. Save yourself the headache, Don't bother with this place. They messed up my car and charged me extra for their screw-up. Not cool.

An additional information about this so-called great Car Wash blows raspberry I just wanted to inform people that not only do they still think from your car they forget to put the oil cap back on your race ready pickup truck and here I figured I would attach this photo to show you what they do to your new luxury vehicle this was once very nice Chrome plated

I would give the car wash negative reviews if I could. I had been going to the car wash for over a year I had a monthly car wash pass. Today my vehicle was damaged going through the car wash. The owner wanted to take no responsibility for the damage on my vehicle I had to file a police report. The owner wouldn’t even talk to me he said to file a claim with my insurance. They even charge me still to get a car detail after damaging the whole front of my vehicle. Don’t ever go here. This is the most expensive car wash I’ve ever had. I would’ve simply been happy if the owner even bothered to offer to fix the damage but now I have to come out of pocket for something that isn’t even my fault. Owner comments this is a wrap. This is original paint. He would know if he bothered to answer the phone when I requested to speak with him. Since you want to lie I’ll post my vehicle entering the tunnel with no damage.
