This was one of the best car experiences I've ever had with any repairs. Pete is top notch! He is very honest and his guys were great. Came in for oil change and they noticed I had a leak in my coolant hose and took care of it right away! Wow. I couldn't be happier with the service I got! As a woman, getting my car serviced is honestly a nightmare. I’ve been over charged, charged for things I didn’t need and not listened to. The waiting area was clean, cool and pleasant. It was a very comfortable waiting experience. This place is 45 minutes away from my house but I will make the drive whenever I need my car serviced. Pete communicated with me the entire time. I felt 100% comfortable and in control throughout the process. The mechanic, Joseph (Joe) was kind, and really knew what he was doing. THIS IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE SERVICE CENTER I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I have never had such a positive experience getting my car serviced. This is why I choose small businesses over big corporations. I felt like my business mattered to them.

From first contact to last everyone was polite, friendly and professional. I can tell when a company cares about their brand and image. David called to inform me my vehicle was ready and I also got a text! I didn’t have to call to ask if my vehicle was ready. This is above the average service level you would expect. So for a first service visit I’m not surprised at all about all the other reviews. Will definitely be coming back to get new tires and whatever else needs to be done to keep my vehicle in top shape. Thank you Poitier for caring about the little detail.

After Pete Perzan asked me to come to the shop and show me the problem with my Nissan. It was easy for me to notice a well-equipped, organized and clean facility. clear details of a business well attended in every aspect. After knowing the reasonable cost and details of the work, do not hesitate to accept that they do it. These guys do great work, they even fixed work of another shops at no charge, because they wanted to make things right. They've serviced multiple of my families cars - and have always done a good job at a fair price, and pretty quick too. If I could give a negative star I would!! Spent over $1800 dollars on my SUV At least 4 trip back and forth NOT to fix the situation..before a 1400 hundred mile road trip. only to have reach my destination ..And have my vehicle back in for service to be informed that the repairs have failed and have to repay the expense to have the same repairs fix again... Owner is nice and tried.. technician Suck👎👎 Take you business elsewhere.

THE PLACE for quality automotive repair. I buy my trucks new, and take great care of them so I can drive them 300,000 miles plus. I usually use the Toyota dealership exclusively, however I was having a chronic problem with extreme uneven wear on my front tires. The dealer had been unable to resolve the problem, and I had prematurely destroyed two front sets of tires. Finally, I tried Poirier, and they diagnosed and resolved the problem with alignment. Supposedly, the Toyota dealer did the same thing, but never gave me the documentation print out like Pete did. (See picture). -Highly recommend for honest, high-quality, and reasonably priced auto repair.

Once upon a time I left a good review here when it was under different management Shiloh took care of my June 2025 and installed tires I had shipped to the shop come to find out they put the tires on the wrong rims. My Lexus has larger back tires than the front tires and they put my back tires on the front and forces them on rims they weren’t supposed to be on. Ultimately wearing my tires down unevenly in the process causing me to almost crash my car because my tire popped from severe wear and tear on 6 month old tires. They over charged me for other services, never figured out or pointed out stuff to me that needed to be done unless I called to specifically ask and complain. Do not recommend unless you’re already a mechanic and know how to check their work smh. Costs me another $1400 in tires for their mistake just terrible. pick another mechanic! And for all these “good reviews” I’d check the work that’s been done on your car to make sure it’s correct. I had been coming here for years before and with the new management every trip there cost me over $1,000 and they still made mistakes. Never coming back ever again. Beware. Not to mention on another trip they said they would fix my tires sensors they installed new ones that still didn’t work so I just was charged “cost” of brand new tire pressure sensors that didn’t work and to top that off the tire pressure sensor wasn’t installed correctly and was rubbing against my tires because it became loose. Just a mess very disappointing after my years of loyalty and I no longer can trust them.
