I am honestly amazed with the customer service, Dennis really help me out. I had a small issue with my passenger-side headlight, and Dennis (the owner) treated me as if I had a real issue with my car. He fixed the problem promptly and told me exactly what caused the problem. This was my first time going to Dennis, but I can tell he is an honest, trustworthy auto mechanic. He also had another girl there who got false information from another mechanic, and Dennis correctly identified her issue as well. I will definitely be going back to Dennis. He's the real deal.

My alternator died at 5 pm near Copans and Andrews. Dennis could have just gone home for the day, and instead offered to personally come jump my car so I could drive it around the corner to his shop. His kindness saved me a small fortune on a towing company. He was also very informative, and had my car ready next day. Not once did he try to upsell me on a bunch of “extras” or “suggestions.” Just a quick diagnosis of the issue, a new alternator and I was back on the road. He will definitely be our go to mechanic for anything we may need in the future. 🙂

I have been going to DenRod's for years and every experience is great! Dennis, the owner, is a genuine and good hearted person. His honesty and knowledge deserves more than 5 stars. My father was having constant issues with his truck and he was taking it to the dealership to get repairs and the problems still persisted. He lives in Tampa and I told him about DenRod's Auto Service and I bet Dennis can fix it. He was desperate to get the problem resolved and made the drive down to Pompano Beach and Dennis was able to diagnose and solve the problem right away. I recommend DenRod's to everybody!! Finding a good mechanic that is trustworthy is tough but luckily I found DenRod's and the peace of mind that comes with knowing my automobiles are in great hands. Thanks Dennis!!

As a woman it’s hard to find great mechanics without them trying to take advantage!! He is very honest and does a great job! I called in thinking I needed an alignment (as told by other mechanics) and I really just needed a balance and rotation! He has very fair prices as well. If you have never used Denrods Auto in pompano you are missing out. This auto center came highly recommended to me since I am new in the area and an ex mechanic myself. I had some work done by Denrods and was please with the price, efficiency, cleanliness, professionalism and the Customer service. One morning I went out to my car and had an issue so I called Dennis at Denrods. He said ok I’ll be there in a bit. This man closed down his shop to come help me as I was stranded. He told me he needed to take the car back to the shop to make the repair, this was on a Friday. By Saturday morning he made the repair and brought my car back to me in Delray Beach. This shop and Dennis are a breath of fresh air in and industry that can other be challenging finding a good, honest, professional auto shop. Dennis and team are simply the best and the customer service is the best I have seen in decades. If you are in the market for a Professional, honest, excellent, friendly mechanic then Dennis and team are for you. Thank you for your help.

DenRod's is Great! Anytime I go to have work done, I can count on it being done right. Its not always as convenient as I would like it to be, but I trust Dennis with my truck and would recommend his shop to anyone in need of vehicle service. Most recently I had a slow ac leak repaired. My drive to the Midwest was comfortable. Unfortunately there is still a small leak somewhere else cause it's blowing warm again.
