Seller stating I never bought anything from him after I sent over $449usd. I was given fake tracking numbers for other packages. 3 months later nothing received. Just be weary if you're buying things remotely from Stanislav Pavlov.

Horrible customer service. I contacted them after a week of ordering my part. Got the excuse that the manufacturer is messing everything up and that they’re waiting on it to arrive, even though their website said it was in stock. They said they would refund my money if it wasn’t in on the next shipment. Emailed multiple times for an update after that and haven’t heard back. Starting to think this is a scam company.

It was my fault that I didn't notice the fine print saying 2 weeks lead time on "in stock" items on their website. We'll, it's been 7 weeks. Spoke to someone via the text link on their site after no luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Was told the order would be here Saturday or Monday. We'll that was almost 2 weeks ago now. Apparently, a scam artist according to all of the recent reviews that I wish I had read prior to ordering.

Horrible customer service. I don't write reviews but people should know what they are getting into with this company. I ordered a full body kit for my night rod and it was supposed to be paint ready but it was not. I had to sand out all kinds of imperfections. The fender had a Crack in it where they pressed in an insert incorrectly. The inserts where not lined up properly. The rear fender was warped. It was supposed to come with a taillight but did not. I was told he would send me one but he did not. The airbox was supposed to have vents in it but it did not. The seat had a tear in it and he won't address the situation. The mounting hole on the seat did not line up correctly. I have talked to him over the phone and he says he'll get me taken care and to send him an email with the problems but I get no response. It's been at least 4 months with no luck. Not one problem has been addressed. He keeps ignoring me. Stay away!!! UPDATE: I also had to rerivot my seat back to the mounting bracket after just a couple of rides.
