My truck was a bit extra dirty. Cleaned it well enough the 1st time through. I had some water spot concerns, the attendant let me run through a 2nd time. Cleaned it even better. A lil rough on my antenna tho. I'll have to remove it before the next trip through. Overall, really good car wash, courtesy towels to wipe it down after, & offers free vacuum cleaner usage included in the cost of a wash. I'll be there again & would recommend.

I have never engaged with someone who is so rude in my life. I am not sure if this is the owner who operates the morning shifts, but if so you should know how unpleasant you are. I have had three incidents where he has been terrible. I will never understand why he has been so awful. I will never go back.

Great value for what you're getting. Their undercarriage wash comes standard where other places you might need to pay extra. There's probably going to be a line during the weekend right after it snowed but any other times I'm in and out within a few minutes. They also send you messages sometimes reminding you to bring your car by for a wash.

Occasionally some of the brushes and don't work on one side. Only half the car gets clean. I have a hatchback and it is usually not clean. Vacuums work very well. As of 8/4 brush on the right side still not working. Some of the swinging things are not swinging. 8/5 right side brushes were spinning but not touching the car. Picture shows soap just running down the side. Picture of spots that have been there after 4 washes. 8/12 still not working on the right side. I will not be renewing my unlimited monthly wash.

I canceled my membership in June via their website. I received a confirmation email saying they received my cancellation request and it would be processed in 24-48 hours. They have been charging my credit card every month since I have canceled(4x) I called and no answer and no one is getting back to me. I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charges for fraud. Beware of charges even after you cancel. I was actually going to restart my membership for the winter but now I will be looking elsewhere. Edit: I emailed them about this after they commented and they never responded.

Even though there are car washes within a 2- 5 miles away. I wanted to try this one out and get a membership if I liked it because of their 35 dollar monthly membership. Staff was not pleasant . I was going to tip him and he walked away . Didn't spray my car down prior . Although this isn't the facilities fault the person before me parked horizontally ; in front of the wash exit. Then he proceeded to try to navigate my way out as if I didn't know how to drive. When all he had to do was park in a spot not blocking the drive-through. At this point I maneuvered my way around the vehicle and left. I did not even bother to dry my car down because I was so annoyed. I didn’t even get to see if they had towels to wipe down the car . I’m assuming not due to the person parking right in front of the exit of the car wash and pulled out his own towel. Not (microfiber )🤷♀️ Lesson learned. But thank you

They upsell the normal car wash from $15 to $20 for what they call “tire shine.” After the wash my rims were still caked in brake dust so I used one of their rags to start wiping it off after the wash. The employee got upset and said they’re not used for tires and he’ll now have to wash that rag separately from the rest (repeated this to me twice). I apologized and asked where the rags are to wipe tires. He said there aren’t any and I should know that I need to bring my own rags. He then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t expect the “tire shine” option to clean anything since my tires are on tracks the whole time. So definitely don’t go here but if you do I wouldn’t get the tire shine since according to the employee, you shouldn’t expect it to work

I signed up Wednesday for the monthly unlimited plan. Went Thursday morning after 7am and they were not open, even though they open at 7am. I called and left a message and sent an email. It's now Friday without a callback. I will be canceling my monthly plan .

I have been coming here for years and seems like this place is getting bad now as management doesn’t care. After the wash you will still have soap leafy on it. It doesn’t dry the car properly Rollers are way close and every time they bang on my mirror and shut it and re open by force. Half of the time they have no cleaning clothes out so you can’t even wipe off the leftover soap. And Most IMP EVEN IF IT DRIZZLE LITTLE BIT OF RAIN THEY WILL CLOSE WITH EXCUSE OF CLOSED DUE TO BAD WEATHER. Just like today they didn’t open until noon just because there was little rain. How does the rain really cause the delay opening and that too until noon ? When they claim to open at 7Am. Just because they get the money for whole month doesn’t mean to find ways to close or open late. THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT

Most unprofessional experience. NOT at all worth a $30 wash. Sent my car through the wash. Got out of the car to look and realized a bunch of missed spots along the sides of the car and the wash didn’t apply the Tireshine that was on the receipt (included in the wash). I decided to drive around and talk to the attendant. He was a young adult and had a bit of an attitude when I told him that I was unhappy with the wash. As i proceeded to explain that I did not receive some of the services that was included in the wash and asked to send my car through again he was very hesitant & Argumentative. Extremely unprofessional. This is my first & LAST time coming to this car wash. Do your car and your wallet a favor and go ANYWHERE else! Good day

The employees are very friendly, but the wash itself did not do well. Drying was poor and spots were on our car right after the wash. Sadly, I don’t see myself returning and do not recommend it.

This place has a great variety of washes available, from the expected to the very high-end. They also have a monthly car-wash club program you can buy so you can go through as often as you'd like; I don't get there much or I might do it. All the washes come with an undercarriage wash, the attendant told me--I asked because it's not listed on any of the washes on their sign, and I think it's essential in coastal New England, between road salt/sand and salty air. I really like their car vacuums in the back--there must be at least eighteen of them in a row, and the hoses are suspended overhead, so they're long enough to reach all parts of the car and you don't have to stretch the hose awkwardly across your car or reposition the car.

I arrived with more snow on my car than I realized and was unaware this could be an issue. That was my mistake, and I take responsibility for that. I was still allowed to use the wash, but the way the situation was handled was completely inappropriate. While I was using the wash, a staff member repeatedly yelled at me, threatened me, and took down my license plate, telling me that I had “backed up” the wash. This all happened while I am seven months pregnant and in front of my two children. I was spoken to in a scolding, belittling manner that left me in tears and deeply humiliated. Regardless of any mistake on my part, no customer deserves to be treated with hostility or intimidation. This experience was upsetting and unnecessary, and I would never return or recommend this business based on how I was treated.
