The whole staff went above and beyond for me, I called at 4pm in with a popped tire in Boston asking for two tires to be replaced when I got there at 5. The team got the correct tires from a neighboring store by the time I got there and got me in and out before closing time (6pm). Not only that but the whole process from phone call to in person I was met with nothing but polite and kind gentleman. I’d say they all deserve a raise!

I went to this location in my own car so I could provide my father with a ride home while his car was getting fixed. Sullivan Tire said it would only take an hour for the car to be fixed so I stuck around in the parking lot waiting for it to be done because my father had asked me to. About a half goes by and I have to use the bathroom, so I go inside and ask if I can use theirs. It was 8 AM, I had worked the day prior, and was tired. I was wearing some baggy clothes and just wanted to be comfortable. After leaving the bathroom, I go out to my car and lean my head on my wheel and start scrolling through my phone. About 15 minutes go by and a cop bangs on my window. Sullivan Tire wrongfully profiled me as a junkie shooting dope in their bathroom and nodding off in their parking lot and decided to call the police on me without having a proper reason to suspect me as such. I am an 18 year old kid and not once was I consulted by any staff member about my activity or the condition I was in, they just jumped the gun and called the police on me. Not for nothing, but they even had the audacity to not even acknowledge the situation after the fact despite their uninformed and misguided conduct. This place is prejudiced and will judge you for your appearance and I recommend this place to absolutely nobody. Shame.

I can only give it 4 stars instead of 5. I'd like to give it 5, but I had a 1 o'clock appointment. It should have only took an hour at most, but it landed up being an hour and forty five minutes. To fix a flat tire should only take between a half hour and an hour most. If you make an appointment for 1 o'clock They should start work at one o'clock. With that said, good service, all around the guy behind the desk was really good.The workers there are friendly and nice. They should tell you when you get there, if they're not going to be able to get it done right away, especially when you have a appointment.

Normally these guys are great when I bring my work van here. Today I was greeted with an attitude from and older gentlemen. I would of thought he was just having a bad day or something, but he was completely nice and polite with the customers after me. All I had asked when I came in, was thay my boss had called about an inspection, and had an attitude from thebstart

I am blown away with the customer service. Long story short I needed my car fixed asap for work. They took my car in the morning while having a lot of scheduled appointments already and called within a couple of hours they called to go over what needed to be done and the prices. And they had it ready a few hours later. I’m blown away and beyond thankful. Truly the best shop around!

Only giving a 2-star review because a 1-star doesn't seem fair. I called the office this morning to ask if they perform state inspections. I was met with a borderline exasperated tone from the person who answered, saying "I mean we do... but you're probably going to have to wait all day because we already have (whatever number he said)". I responded "I was just calling to see if you do them in general but because of your tone, I won't be coming there". I've been a longtime Sullivan Tires customer and pretty much exclusively use them for services. I recently moved so I've been looking for a local branch and, yeah... Guess I'll be going elsewhere. Management might want to rethink who answers their phones.

Brand new truck had them switch my spare one of my rear tires. Told them nicely hey it's a new truck not a scratch or dent on it anywhere flawless vehicle. The put the hub cap upside down to throw the lug nuts in them to use as a tray. Scratched it all up. People just dont care about their job. Sounds petty but it's a big deal to me.

tpm replaced Sept. '25. tpm light in dash never went out. 2 months of driving around did nothing. returned to store Nov. 26, 2025 & dropped off, they finally used obd port to "recalibrate" tpm & shut light off, no charge. would've been nicer to use obd port, shut light during orig. tpm install 2 months earlier. no complaint, just suggesting better attn to servicing customer.
