Professional, timely, and concise. Whereby I understand why shops charge a diagnosis fee, I have found multiple shops of equal or greater value that do not charge for one and offer quality service. For your response, yes thanks and nothing is free. If I am able to get a better deal for the repair without a fee to figure out the issue all include its better economically. I love this mechanic shop. The owner and workers are friendly, approachable and willing to answer any questions you might have concerning your vehicle. The first time, I did an oil change and on my second visit, I did my Brakes and Rotors. Both times, I was highly satisfied on everything except price charged on the Brakes and Rotors. My opinion is that the price on workmanship is too high. I will definitely go back but I have to make sure his price is competitive. I do highly recommend this shop.

My wife's car suddenly went dead in traffic & wouldn't restart. Richard at Power Automotive agreed to have me tow it to his shop the same day & his crew immediately started work to fix one obvious problem. When the car still wouldn't start, it took several days to finally identify the underlying problem. Ricard was terrific about keeping me informed throughout the process. When I ultimately decided not to have major repair work done on the car, Richard only billed me for the time spent identifying the problem. My favorite shop in Santa Clarita! Very honest and loyal to their customers. I will bring all my cars to Don! I had a 2015 Explorer with high mileage in and out of the AutoNation Ford dealership service department, which they would never call me back and would keep my car for a month and do nothing with it recently I had an experience where they told me my transmission was out and it was going to be over $8000. Something fell off so I found power auto and took my Explorer there to my surprise. It was a $200 fix power auto was honest and got the job done. I brought my truck in because it was randomly going into limp mode without giving me any engine codes. As luck would have it reset itself the moment it landed in front of the mechanic shop. I was concerned that they could not troubleshoot it. Since there was no engine code and it was no longer in reduced power mode. After a regen and some other work I am back on the road wIth almost a hundred miles and no issues. Repair was not cheap but iif it has fixed the issue, I would be extremely happy. Car was in and out of the shop the next day. Great communication and quick turnaround. I would definitely bring my vehicle back. After having a short conversation with the owner, I gained a lot of confidence with this shop.
