I seriously do not write reviews. But I want to confirm that all these positive reviews others are saying are absolutely true. I have never experienced such amazing service at an auto shop, ever. Brett explained everything to me and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. He was kind, patient, and did what ever he could to save me money. My dead car is now driving beautifully. This is the only place I’ll be taking my car. I have so much gratitude for this shop. Thank you for everything.

This was my first time with Precise Auto and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent service and they transferred me back and forth. They showed me the parts that were damaged and a 5 page inspection report. They even work on your car at the scheduled appointment time. I’m extremely happy with this Auto shop. ANDREW , HARRIS was the name , my boyfriend was dealing with you PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFEEEEEE!!! I WAS READING REVIEWS ON HERE AND I THOUGHT OH THIS SOUNDS LIKE A WONDERFUL PLACE I SEE THEY HAVE CALLED PEOPLE BACK AND CHARGED THEM LESS … let’s give them a try. PLEASE DO NOT BE ME. DO NOT DO THAT. I BROUGHT MY MINI VAN HERE DATING BACK TO MAY. SHE WAS THROWING AN ENGINE CODE — I BROUGHT IT TO THEM THEY FIXED IT IN A WEEK TOLD ME IT WAS A WIRE & REPLACED A FUEL INJECTOR. I GOT IT BACK AND THAT NIGHT I IMMEDIATELY HAS ISSUES AGAIN. I CALLED THEM BACK AND I BROUGHT MY VAN BACK IN , THEY CALLED A WEEK LATER AND SAID THEY FOUND ANOTHER BAD WIRE AND WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME HALF BC THEY ALREADY LOOKED AT IT ONCE AND IT DIDNT FIX MY ISSUE. SOOOO FLASH FORWARD TO THE NEXT DAY AND MY CAR IS THROWING THE SAME ENGINE CODE I CALLED THEM ASAP AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE SO BRING IT UP ANOTHER TIME. MEANWHILE I WAS STRANDED AT THE STORE. THANK THE LORD MY BOYFRIEND WAS THERE AND OPENED MY HOOD - UPON INSPECTION HE SAW A ZIP TIE WHICH WAS HOLDING A WIRE IN PLACE BC THEY HAD BROKEN THE CLIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE FASTENED DOWN THE ZIP TIE AND WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE IT HOME. ( my car still throws a code for a bad connection, and for a fuel injector) I CALLED THEM AND DROPPED MY VAN OFF AGAIN, they told me they would do any repairs for free. FLASH FORWARD TWO WEEKS AND I HADNT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM —- MY BOYFRIEND CALLED AND PICKED IT UP JUST TO FIND OUT THEY LET IT SIT THERE FOR TWO WEEKS AND DIDNT DO ANYTHING !!!!!! THEY PUT SOME GAS IN IT AND SAID BRING IT BACK AGAIN IF YOU HAVE MORE ISSUES. MEANWHILE IVE HAD TO MISS DOC APPOINTMENTS PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR MANY RIDES AND HAVE STRUGGLED TO GET MY CHILDREN AROUND. MY MINIVAN SITS IN MY DRIVEWAY STILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL BUT HONESTLY IM JUST SCARED TO BRING IT BACK AT THIS POINT, THIS HAS BEEN A LIVING HELL AND IM OUT OF MONEY . DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU NEED BREAKS OR SUPER SIMPLE WORK. THIS HAS BEEN HELLLLLL

The best car repair service I have ever received is what I can say about Precise Auto. This was my first time, and I know that me and my husband are not going to any other place. I have a VW Passat and I got a quote from a couple of places. This one was not only the best, but they found the part that needed a repair with cheaper price. And they called and let us know that they will do it with the price less than what it was quoted earlier. This has never happened in my life that I have given my car for repair and it got done with cheaper cost than quoted. I am very happy with the service! Thanks!

This shop is an amazing place. Hard-working people. Brett, the owner is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of internal combustion. He explains details of what is be wrong with your car., He details how he’s going to fix it and gives you updates on the process. His diagnosis and I plan to how to fix detail in writing, leaving no room for misunderstanding.. Let me tell you ,I race cars at the Amateur level with SCCA, I have been racing for approximately 12 years and I’ve never found a mechanic more knowledgeable than Brett, my BMW E 92 went in with a blown engine, he discovered the messed up fix others did that lead to the fatal failure of that engine and he found me a great engine to make a swap with. Now my track car is faster than ever. He’s got very sophisticated equipment, multiple lifts and certified mechanics in his shop , most importantly ;he’s honest , accurate and transparent as Caribbean water. I definitely trust this shop with my life since they are working on my other race car and you can not afford car failures at 130 mph. My wife is also customer and she’s very satisfied. If you want, sophisticated, honest, reliable, prompt knowledgeable mechanics at a honest, fair price, this is the place to visit.
