Fast & Friendly quality service. Final cost as promised. Began working on my car right when I brought it in for the appointment. Got it done in the estimated time. Showed me the old parts and explained why they needed to be replaced. Very reasonable labor costs. Clean and bright waiting room. I have lived in Michigan 9 years and have never had a good experience with auto care until I found Brett. He is the most honest and upfront mechanic I have ever met. His prices are more than fair and he even sends you a detailed text with pictures of what needs repaired and shows you the damaged parts when you pick up your vehicle! "Stellar customer experience” at Precise Auto Repair MD! The owner, Brett, and the other employees are honest, friendly, and did a great job fixing my car at a reasonable price. The shop is very clean and comfortable. They explained what was needed and how they would repair it, then "healed my sick car" quickly and effectively. I really appreciated the immediate and professional service they gave me when my alternator needed replacing. Very honest and excellent service. The check engine light came on right after oil change at the dealer I used to go, so I took the car back to the dealer and got an unbelievably high repair quote. Then a friend introduced me to Precise Auto and I brought my car in. They checked and found out that all of the repairs the dealer quoted turned out to be unnecessary. They could fix it for 1/12th the cost. I am so glad to find this place, will not go anywhere else.

I seriously do not write reviews. But I want to confirm that all these positive reviews others are saying are absolutely true. I have never experienced such amazing service at an auto shop, ever. Brett explained everything to me and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. He was kind, patient, and did what ever he could to save me money. My dead car is now driving beautifully. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. I HAVE A 2017 FORD FUSION SPORT IT SOUNDED LOUD. I TOOK IT TO 2 FORD DEALERS AND 3 OTHER BUSINESS TO LOOK AT IT. IT ONLY TOOK PRECISE 2 HOURS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT . THEY COULD OF CHARGE ME A LOT OF MONEY. THEY DID NOT. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE MEN THERE. I WOULD TELL EVERYONE. So glad I found this place. I took my van in for an oil change and front end alignment along with some other minor things. They are really friendly, honest, and won't try to upsell you or say you need some unnecessary repair. Very reasonably priced too. They explained everything so I understood what was needed in the future as well. I'm a very happy camper. Definitely recommend getting your vehicle repairs done here.

Precise Auto Repair is where you should take your car for any issues!! The owner Brett explained the timeline on getting my car looked at, which happened to be sooner than I thought; Derek called and explained what my problems were and fixed my issues with my car and followed up after my diagnostic was completed. I recently replaced a set of tires at Discount Tire in New Hudson. My SUV was making noise while driving (front tires or support system) and I needed a mechanic to troubleshoot and resolve. Discount Tires recommended Precise Auto Repair MD in Novi. I spoke to Brett at Precise Auto Repair MD and scheduled an appointment for an inspection. Brett was responsive, friendly and honest on the call when he was setting the appointment. The vehicle was put through a full inspection, and the issue was identified. They also found that the rear brakes needed to be changed. I was given a price for the work and timing for the work to be completed. The price and turnaround time seemed reasonable so I agreed for the work to be done. The work was completed on time and at the price stated. I’d like to also share that the front office is clean and well maintained (the business sits in between a Hertz rental office and a collision shop). Brett showed me the damaged car parts and where the initial noise was coming from. He also brought the car and parked it in front of the office with keys in the vehicle, which was a convenient and nice touch so I didn't have to find my vehicle in the parking lot. After repair, the issue no longer exists. I appreciated the honesty, reliability and customer-friendly approach. I will recommend Precise Auto Repair MD to others who need a mechanic.

I HIGHLY recommend Precise Auto Repair! Precise got our out-of-town vehicle fixed and back in the road on the Friday after Thanksgiving. You can tell that his word is as good as his handshake! Clean and organized shop. He billed the responsible business directly. If I lived near Novi, THIS is the place I’d go for repairs. We had new tires put on our vehicle two days before. Then three lug nuts came off on the way to my nephew’s state football game. Precise fixed our car quickly, and we had confidence in the quality of their work to get us the 2 hours safely home that same evening. Thank you!

Couldn’t say enough positive about this place! My husband had used them before a couple of times and had great experiences. Then came the day my Subaru started making a funky noise. I walked in and was nervous as I usually am because I know nothing about cars. They immediately greeted me, asked how my husband was doing, and let me know how the process was going to go. Then, the owner offered to drive me home instead of waiting for the uber. VIP treatment! They diagnosed the issues fast, calling me within 2 hours of drop off. They also gave me the quote right there for the service before they started. I gave them the go ahead and it was ready not even 2 hours later. The owner came and picked me up again and brought me back to the shop. They showed me the part that rusted and showed me how the part was supposed to work. I felt like I actually knew what they were talking about for the first time in getting my cars serviced. Price was very fair, very competitive with the market but the customer service was top notch. In these times, it reminded me that there are good, honest people and honestly made my day. Thank you Precise Auto!

We've never had such wonderful and supportive service like this before. I went to many shops with my Kia EV9 and no one would work on my car because it's electric. All I needed was alignment and tire rotation. Funny enough a big brand tire shop recommended Precise Auto Repair, and I was not disappointed. They did a great job. No more tire noise.
