If you’re even considering going to this location do yourself a favor and find somewhere else ASAP. How is it acceptable to have a customer buy “new” tires, come to find out they are manufactured in 2020 and discontinued in JANUARY 2025?????? (Let’s also add these tires were advertised on the website, advertising discontinued tires you clearly have no extra stock of???) I was told on two separate phone calls I would receive replacements for them. I wait for a call back, was told Tuesday this week Wednesday at the latest that I would receive at least an update…. Nothing…. Call today on THURSDAY to be met with complete attitude from someone named Greg, telling me there will be no replacement (again, after being told TWICE they were working on finding replacements). Nothing like throwing another worker under the bus by telling me a “counter guy told me that.” Nice job. My father gave this Greg guy a call too, refused to provide replacement as previously told, refused to provide district and regional managers contact information, and hung up. So yeah if you’re even thinking about going here run the other way. Time to get it straightened out with corporate.

Outstanding service by Kordan and Rob. Had a major tire issue very late in the day on a Friday night 5pm time. Went to belle tire first since they were 1 mile from where I was. Had a 2 hour drive to my next place to go too. Belle tire FLAT OUT REFUSE TO FIX MY TIRE PERIOD. So the pep boys in Novi was 2 miles away. Went there, they no problem and had me fixed and out the door in less than 30 minutes with my tire repair. I truly appreciate the service of Jordan and Rob due to my tire emergency before my 2 hour drive to grand rapids that night. Great job !!!!

Had a tire blow out on the highway and had it towed here for a tire service. They really need to change their hours on Google. They claim to be open til 7, but sent almost everyone home at 5 pm. Was pretty much lucky to have any service even though they still technically open til 7 pm. Desk employee said I had the wrong tires on my vehicle. Even though the tires on my vehicle are the original tires when the car was brand new and was rolled off the lot. The service I got was really you came in when everyone just wants to leave early? Well I guess we will work on your vehicle and get you out ASAP because your inconvenience of you wanting a service is preventing us from going home 2 hrs before our closing time.

Just completed an installation of tires purchased through eBay and Car Advise. The Car Advise process is an absolute mess, but the guys at this shop were unbelievably patient and helpful to get it resolved. I can easily recommend this shop for work ( but would not recommend Car Advise)
