I took my 2016 Honda CRV in to have the TPS units in my 4 tires and the spare tire replaced to get ride of the big idiot light in the middle of the speedometer from overriding the milage. After about an hour I was told that this car has no TPS units on each tire. It has a system built in to recalibrate the tires after you follow a procedure and drive for 30 minutes then the TPS is recalibrated and the idiot light goes away and then you can see your mileage again. They brought me out to look at the speedometer and no TPS idiot light, but I could see the milage. Yes, I was so happy. Then they told me there was no charge. What a great place.

My family has been a Belle Tire customer since the 70’s and this company is still our first go-to for service needs. I was a first time visitor to the Novi location to have a tire sensor replaced. I found them to be honest in their assessment of my problem with minimal wait time, and they replaced the valve stem as well on the tire ‘just in case’ for my safety. This store is my new favorite location, a 100% satisfied customer here!

My car indicator showed low tire pressure. I took it up last week and Jeff helped me with the air and showed me on my car frame the required amount of pressure. The next week my tire showed even lower pressure. I brought it up to the store and asked them (Dan) to fix the problem. They fixed the problem, I had a screw in the tire. They did not charge me ANYTHING.Who does that today? This was God moment. I called again when I got home to thank them again. What a great place and everyone was polite and kind. Thanks again.

Mostly worked with the Manager Dan, great customer service and was no nonsense. In and out for a morning appointment to change a set of tires within 1.5 hours. Team checked the whole car and recommended a tire alignment, Dan showed me the current wear spots without the alignment which gave me the confidence I wasn’t being upsold, and gave me easy to understand instructions on how to redeem my rebates. This is how you do business. Would gladly come back any time to have Dan and his team take care of my care. Shout out to Dan!

They are honest about what work needs to be done, and what doesn't. They will make additional suggestions. If I cannot afford them that day, at least I know. So I got 2 tires and two brakes w/ new rotors. They also solve unusual problems, which I had with one of my tires on my Jeep Compass. They took care of that part for free. A gentleman with glasses maybe in his 50's was quite an expert. You know where I am going back to - Novi. I think Belle Tire is great overall. I was just bothered that Commerce Twp was so quick to just say, "Nope, not doing that." He hadn't even heard about anything else I needed yet. Just handed my keys back and said to call the dealer. Instead I went back to my main Belle Tire of Novi. Glad I did. They correctly represent Belle Tire.

Took my jaguar f type for a four wheel alinement and they gave me a nice 2 inch scratch on the left rear rim. I just had all the wheels reconditioned before dropping the car off for alignment. I went back inside unhappy after I saw the scratch to talk to the sales person all he said was that didn’t happen here… how would he know what I was talking about without lookin at the vehicle? I was more mad about him lying then the scratch at that point. He could’ve said “yes we did it sorry the alinement is on us” and move on. Very unhappy with service will never take a vehicle at this location again.

Once again Belle Tire has proven it’s the only place to go for your tire needs. A quick visit when I thought I would have a long wait but was out in less than an hour. Had a rim leak and was filling one tire every day. They fixed it free and told me my tires still looked good. Didn’t try to sell me anything or suggest anything else.

Highly recommend. I called them Monday and said I need to come in Tuesday early and be out by 9:30. Had a terrible experience at suburban toyota and couldn’t get my tires done. Belle got me in Tuesday at 8 and I was out in an hour and my car rides 1000% better. Great place and crew

SLOW...... dropped truck off at 8 a.m. sitting here now at 1030. Was told it will be another hour. There has been ATLEAST 10 vehicles in and out. Don't come here if your in a hurry. 12:15 finally done. Then they had to put hubcaps on in parking lot because they forgot them 😆 🤣 this place is a joke, don't waste your time or money HERE specifically.

Worst customer service. The front desk person was rude and even threw my keys loudly on the table when I said I wanted to do the alignment later because their price was much higher than others. Even though I bought new tires from them last year, the attitude was unprofessional and disappointing.

This location either did not align my tires or they ripped me off. My tires had worn considerably since the alignment. I had a different shop look at my car and they stated that there was no way that my car was aligned. I had no problem with prior service, but this is too much. Comparing the fronts to the rear, it is obvious that there was no alignment done and now quite a cost to replace my tires. no thanks, I do not wish to bring my car back to you. I have already had it fixed.

Can’t say enough about the customer service at Belle Tire. I’m from out of state in a rental vehicle and encountered a problem. They have gone above and beyond any other establishment I have worked with in the past. 45 min before closing, fair pricing and exceptional assistance. Had the most horrible experience total waste of time after having a appointment already set. Daniel Garbarz the so called manager literally tried to blackmail me into buying 2 new tires when I only went in to get the air stem replaced on tire. Was there over a hr and he tried to find everything that was wrong with my car and failed to do the one and only thing I was there ti get fixed. I took off work all for nothing thanks Dan from Bell tire. If I could take away the 1 star I would....

After getting a sudden flat tire on my way to work today, I called all around to try to find my tire and no one had one in stock including the dealership. These guys were super helpful and ordered it immediately and followed through all day and worked on getting it done for me and the same day and they were very busy today. Plus they were $130 less than the Dealership for the same tire. I would highly recommend them. The service was great.

I've been a customer at this Belle Tire for some 20+ years. Dan, Mark, Jeff and Joe have always been true professionals and have always taken care of me. It's rare in the auto service industry to find a crew that isn't out to get as much out of you as they can, to push for services that truly aren't needed. This morning, a Saturday, I took my son's car in at 9:45a for what I was sure would be front and rear pads and rotors. I got a call 30 minutes later from Joe telling me it's just the rears. So happy because I even told them what I thought, instead of just going with that and doing work not needed, hey saved me money and maintained their reputation for honesty. The car was done shortly after that and m son is back on the road. I've read some of the other reviews today before I wrote this and it just makes no sense to me. For 20 years I've heard how this team talks to customers, for 20 years they've always done right by me. It makes me feel like others maybe just have unrealistic expectations of the work that is truly needed to be done to have their cars back in the road, safely. WOMEN BEWARE: Belle Tire tried to gaslight my sister AND me. So let’s talk about it. My sister got a flat and managed to pull into Belle Tire’s parking lot before they opened. She had to Uber to work and called me for help because she doesn’t know much about cars. That’s fine. That’s why she has ME — someone who knows how to read, identify a vehicle model, and find a tire size. I walk in, tell the guy the situation, and clearly say: “Subaru Outback.” He glances at the car and confidently writes down Forester. The badge literally says OUTBACK. See photo (not that you need a photo to tell them apart, apparently unless you work there.) His attitude from the jump was that wonderfully condescending, “Don’t worry sweetheart, I know better” energy. So when he said he was going to look at the flat, I said I’m coming with you, because his vibe was already loud and wrong. As we walk up to the car I go, “Yep — Outback. Thought that’s what i read” He then proceeds to tell me the tire size… the SAME size I had just told him inside. Groundbreaking discovery, sir. Back inside, he tells me my cheapest option is $200- maybe that’s accurate, i’m not sure. Now here’s the important part: My sister literally just needed to get home. She already has a new set of four tires scheduled for installation. Something my salesman was aware of. So I call her and ask if she has a donut. She doesn’t know. I check myself and SURPRISE! A brand new donut is literally under the trunk floor. I ask them to put the donut on so she can get home. They put it on. Done deal… or so I thought. Fast forward two days. My sister calls asking where the rim is because she needs it for her new tires. Belle Tire confidently tells her: “We never changed your tire. We just put air in it. We couldn’t get the tire off.” …Come again??? Because unless the donut magically teleported onto the car by itself, I’m PRETTY sure someone took the rim off. as you can see: • Donut fully installed on the car ✔️ • Original rim sitting in the trunk like a quiet witness to the nonsense ✔️ • Outback badge visible because it is deeply, obviously not a Forester ✔️ So either they’re lying for the lulz, they don’t remember what they did, or someone was too busy being dismissive to notice actual reality. None of these options make me feel good about a place that’s supposed to know how… tires… work. If you walk in without a man, a certification, or a deep desire to be talked down to, please know they will absolutely: • Dismiss you • Correct you on things you already told them • Misidentify your car • Forget (???) changing your tire • Tell you they “only put air in it” while your donut is LITERALLY on the vehicle This was condescending, careless, and frankly embarrassing on their part. I won’t be back. And if you value your time, safety, or sanity, you might want to take your business somewhere that can tell the difference between an Outback and a Forester
