Josh at Precision Auto Detailing did a fantastic job cleaning the interior of my car to look better than when I drove it off the dealership. He was also able to help me cover up all the scratches on my hood accumulated over years of car wash drive throughs. The damage is completely gone and the new paint finish is eye-catching-shiny. I purchased a Genesis GV70 in Phoenix and drove it home to Reno. After getting it home and performing a hand wash, I discovered tiny yellow specks of sap/grime all over the vehicle. I could not get it off by scrubbing or using rubbing alcohol. I was planning to get the ceramic coating but was concerned the paint was already damaged on my brand new car. Josh assured me he would be able to remove the spots. Well, it turned out to be a huge undertaking, and he had to spend all day going over every inch of the vehicle with a spotlight and clay bar, but he was able to get my car perfectly clean. Josh coordinated with a partner shop to get my clear bra installed, and then proceeded to apply three coats of ceramic. The final product was great! The paint has a fresh wax/polish feel and dust wipes right off. I am meticulous and went over every inch of the vehicle. There were only a few tiny imperfections that were likely original damage to the paint - either from the dealership or the drive home (no reasonable person would ever see them, but I have OCD). Anyway, Josh was fantastic, and he kept in close communication with me throughout the process. Ceramic and clear bra are not cheap, but I plan to keep the vehicle for a decade plus, and I strive to keep my vehicles in the best possible condition. The pricing was upfront and the total was a little less than the original quote. If you are like me, get this done immediately on a brand new vehicle. Waiting even a couple months is too long if you want the paint to be pristine (no scratches, swirl marks, etc.) I highly recommend Josh at Precision Auto Detailing.

I am so very thankful for Josh as he took the time to help me out with a paint transfer scratch on my front side mirror, my vehicle is brand new and I hadn't even owned it for a week so I was panicked. I called Josh and with no hesitation he said " bring it on by let me see what I can do" Well he took his wonderful magical spray and buffed that scratch right out then he went the extra mile to look over the rest of my car, I had shown him another long scratch on the hood of my vehicle and again with no hesitation he got that one out too. Josh has a wonderful professional demeanor. His integrity and knowledge for his business is amazing! Hands down I know I made the best decision to have Josh help me out, with that said, I will be back in the future and will definitely refer Precision to everyone and anyone. The first time I was here, I told Josh my concern about fix the hard water spot and the scratches on my windows, he gave me triple the price compared to other people gave me, and keep asking me to do the coating. (I guess that’s the way he earn big profit) I came back second time and told him I only want to clean the windshield and fix the scratches on my windshield, what his quote will be. Since it’s not the whole car, the quote should be reasonable reduced. Josh told me the price will keep the same and he won’t do it for me now if I want a discount, because I scared him, he thinks I might not be satisfied with his work. In other words, if he can’t earn enough money from you, he won’t do it, but he pretends it’s your fault. Therefore, compare the price with more other places before you come, otherwise you will be cheated. Also be reminded, you will never be able to argue the price here.

We brought our 2018 G80 to Josh for paint correction and ceramic coating. The previous owner had apparently used drive through car washes or something else that left it with lots of scratches and swirl marks. Josh was able to repair the vast majority of paint blemishes to perfect the surface and then applied the ceramic coating which came out gorgeous. The coating created an incredible shine and finish that really enhances the paint and color depth. The wheels were coated also, and it gave them an amazing glow. Best of all, the beautiful paint is now protected from dirt and UV damage for years with an annual maintenance visit. Josh is great to work with, detail oriented, and really takes pride in his work.

This is long overdue... I stopped in to see about having a scratch removed from my driver's side door last month. It was nice to meet Josh who is professional and friendly. I could tell by the way everything is displayed in his workshop and front office, that he puts lots of care and integrity into his business. Josh did an amazing job removing scratches and such a good eye for detail, that he saw a couple other areas that needed a quick buff. I went to 2 other places prior to going to Precision Auto Detailing and a great choice made because overall, there's no comparison. If you're looking for a great auto detailer, stop in and meet Josh.

I had badly scratched and yellowed headlight covers, and the clear coat was peeling off. Everyone I went to quoted me more than I could afford on my fixed income. Then, a clerk at a local auto parts store recommended Josh, said he cleans senior's headlights for free. I was excited but skeptical. Sure enough, Josh cleaned those headlights, even gave them a clear coat; they look fabulous! (Not to mention, I can see to drive at night!) Josh is a magician! My 2018 Volvo XC60 had some deep scratches in the headlights that were WAY beyond what I thought could be saved. When I showed them to Volvo, they quoted me close to $7000 for new headlights! Josh was able to buff the scratches out and the headlights look new. I took my brand new Tacoma in for a scratch repair. The body shop next door quoted me $2500 to repaint the entire fender. Josh’s price to repair the scratch was $250. We had a flawless experience working with Precision Auto Detailing. Josh is a real down to earth professional. He gave me a ball Park quote for a big clear coat scratch before I made an apt. Once assessing it in person he actually finalized the price on the very low end of his Ball Park quote. Appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Had it done in less than an hour and our Range Rover door looks like new. Will look forward to frequenting his business for future auto detailing needs (hopefully not TOO frequently).
