Pathway National Inc, would like to extend a great appreciate to this shop location. Yesterday, early morning on Thurs, 03/26/2036 our Team drivers were ran off the road. Had an issue that needed immediate attention. A call was made one of Safety Coordinators talked with Lee Ellen and she took it from there. The contact moving forward was promt and direct with the drivers to go directly there with no appt needed. They accommodated and arranged for our drivers to be fixed right after they arrived which was yesterday afternoon. They were in and within a few hours. When we received the forwarded invoice; we are and were shocked. The price for repair was beyond low saving us our company tremendously on repair cost. This message would not be worthy without mentioning Juan, who our drivers both spoke very highly of as well with his great work and professionalism. Him and his brothers who are also mechanics are a true testament to what it means to put the customer first and the work shows. This is a reflection of how the super job done in the front office trickles down to employees. I can't speak on anyone else's experience, yet the one we had yesterday has made them a will comeback to shop, come we need any repair in the future. Our drivers left there and are back on the road. My boyfriend isn’t the type to write reviews but I am. His 05 6.0 sat in the same spot for 2 1/2 months after they told him they would at least look at it a week after we dropped it off. Every time either of us called they would play it off as if they’d take a look at it within the next few days. RUDE, DISHONEST and straight up a WASTE of time. If I could give 0 stars I would x10. I don’t know how they manage to keep any business at all.

I absolutely love these guys. In this day and age it is extremely hard to find an honest, reliable, and skillful mom n pop diesel mechanic. Every time we've taken one of our trucks in for maintenance, or needed any custom electrical work done they have followed through. They always get the work done right and in a timely fashion. I have yet to come back for any warranty work. Done right the first time as it should be. The owner, so I've heard, was a driver and understands that if that truck is not rolling, it is not making any money. He does his very best to make sure that the work orders are done efficiently so that the trucks keep rolling. They're super friendly and their prices are reasonable. We're so happy with their work that we're going to bring our second truck in from now on. They are exactly what our business needs. On a side note, they do have paid truck storage.
